Great research MB but this activity does feel strangely detached from the company I hold shares in - LVCG. They have spoken so little abit this and the cross pollination with Formula E.

Like alot of companies, they seem to operate as a listed entity only when it suits. Any other time, shareholders at the very bottom of the pecking order with regards to communication and info.

We are all looking to put our money on different horses in this stock market casino. So yes, some crossover comparison is relevant, as afterall, they are equally trying to fight for yours or mine hard earned investment money.

Disagree with your point here simple. Comparing a companies ability to raise funds and circumstances around the funding is a very useful barometer in a companies prospects. HZM on my watchlist a good example. Saying this can't be a buying signal or isn't relevant to a companies prospects, positive or negative, is a nonsense.

It feels like they are communicating the bare minimum, keeping bigger holders happy by bringing them inside and drip feeding info.

General shareholder comms and the current SP does not seem to be of any concern to them. Indeed DC’s comms often have the opposite effect, as he usually mentions things that never come to fruition.

The company appear to be going in the right direction from the outside looking in, but none of that is being properly communicated. For what reason who knows.

Maybe so Jason Lees next purchases don’t appear at a such lowball valuation? Or something to do with StART acquisition and taking (more) shares?

Who knows but considering all that is going on, we have no real meat and bones of any of it.

Good post MB. It hadn’t occurred to me the usual twitterati warrant flipper names were absent here. Directly correlating with the number of placings they’ve been able to participate in.

Taking nothing else into account, looking at the previous 3 raises and who has taken them, indicates to me there is a very promising pipeline here, that will soon hopefully start coming into picture. Dilution is never ideal but it is for growth and has changed the dynamic of the shareholder register, for the benefit of all shareholders imo. And how many AIM companies have the luxury of raising through ii’s and HNW individuals alone? Not many

Simple - Jason Lee took his first tranche at a premium to the SP at the time. It would be interesting to see his average purchase price vs SP at the time, but I would hazard a guess it would be less than a 20% discount. Could be wrong without checking back but that’s my hunch.

Asking a bear whether they think we are overvalued here (as that is the name of the game here afterall, buying undervalued and selling overvalued) despite their negative view, is a fair question and fair discussion in my book, so I’ll continue as I am. Cheers

Simple - at current valuation, with all in the pipeline, which is potential and hasn’t happened or demonstrated a profit yet, do you think we’re undervalued at 3.5p? You don’t think BrickLive backs up part of that valuation, based on previous history?

You say Jason Lee brought at a discount, but it is the same discount you and I can purchase shares on the martlet at current valuation.

Would prefer a santa rally here and they deliver on at least some of what they said. He said deals would be announced this side of Xmas in his last interview, so if nothing comes before then will be really annoying, as another self deadline set that is missed.

There have been a few small caps on my watchlist that have rallied 50% and heading in an uptrend. Nothing but mothballs floating around here and shareholder comms being bottom of the priority list.

So still difficult to project with the 200k euro consultancy fee being for just one event.

Assuming worst case scenario, the annual fee of 200k euros covers all 2023 events and assuming Jason Lee's annual license fee was relating to StART and not K.FLex then the 3% still equates to approx. £6m revenue projection for K.Flex in 2023.

Feel like this investor presentation is going to get some attention when the market spots it and puts 2+2 together, with the additional cities and those projections.

Simple - when I asked you why LVCG was on your watchlist, you said 'read back my previous messages where I have mentioned the positives' or something to that effect.

So I say to you, read back this forum, where people have posted plenty of factual info and have answered your question.

You are not the question master here. You add zero to the discussion, so to expect anybody to spoon feed you anything is a joke. Offer some value, instead of just trying to squabble, and people might be willing to answer some of your questions.

Why post here if you don't believe you'll get 3/4 x on your money simple? DYOR on reasons why it could happen here. Why should others spoon feed you?

Simple - ISA £20k per annum deposit limit, no limit to what you can hold. Plenty of ISA millionaires out there. Of course a big hitter like you would already be aware of this, I’m just telling you what you already know ;)

It is a very exciting prospect MB, combining the Ocean race with the foot flow of the Formula e crowds. Hopefully the company can communicate effectively how and to what extent these events will be profitable to the Group.

It is good of you to admit that you believe there to be plenty of promising elements to the company, as well as the negatives that you keep pointing out, given LVCG is on your exclusive watchlist :) maybe if you mentioned the positives why it is on your watchlist people wouldn't think you were a troll.

I think you are telling porkies, as somebody who holds such a piddly amount wouldn't be here to such an extent. It seems more likely to me you are here for different reasons.
