Bennster - I echo the same sentiment as the majority of your posts, so no worries on that front.

The fully funded was more a comment on the further £750k incoming Q1 next year.

Which I've had a good whinge at but will whinge again, at 3p valuation I still think is robbing existing holders. Try buying 10% of that on the open market and watch what happens to the SP.

The bottom line is LVCG are now fully funded for next year and with clear newsflow potential in the pipeline, so buyers will return here.

We've had a handful of down days recently on next to no volume. This isn't a concern and anybody trying to turn it into one clearly has an agenda.

We do however need news to keep momentum up. Hopefully LVCG see it as a priority for Bruce to do this Q&A this week. Yes he will be busy, but yes speaking to the market should still be high on the priority list.

MND - I took from the last interview DC alluding that big news was coming with the digital side of Start ART. I think the interview yesterday was to appease people who were rightly moaning that he said he would be back and that we'd get a formula e Q&A, when neither had happened.

My guess is we attracted some traders on the last rise and the update might be read as no immediate news coming (immediate being this week) and so rainbow chasers are off to follow the next pot of gold.

Clutching at straws trying to attribute anything at all to todays trading.

Good to have an update and an explanation for things, such as the delay in the zoom formula e update.

Communication is king and these snippets are very helpful with sentiment. The update DC did with Sarah I also enjoyed. Agree would like numbers for ART Seoul and London but these type of updates are heading things in the right direction.

He did say the ‘profits bigger than mcap earlier in the year, and we’ve had h1 losses and 2-3 placings since. That said, I do share the hope for next year, obviously as I’m still here! Let’s hope for all our sake it becomes true and I’d be more than happy if it lands, even if a year late.

The potential is easy to see, but sentiment plays as big part as anything else and they have to start following through with what they say to build trust. First up an interview with Iain Banner next week please (otherwise why even say it during the Proactive interview!).

And notice you pick that sentence out and nothing else. What is your justification in the downgrade of price Jason Lee has taken his shares?

I know it's aim and I don't mind a raise at much higher valuations. We'll never get there though at this rate. Jason Lee should have taken at higher than 2.5p and then 3p.

He took at 4p a couple of months ago, what's changed since then? Where is the justification for him now taking a bigger chunk at reduced valuation to his original investments?

Tintin they shouldn't be doing any more placings, never mind no more in a year.

They are supposed to be showing business acumen and turning a profit with the resources they have. Indefinite placings, unless the market is increasing inline with the dilution, just shows the business is not viable long term.

I would also argue, the £750k at 3p, IMO should be rejected by shareholders.

He couldn't buy anywhere near that amount on the market without spiking the price. I get he will be putting his contacts and own efforts to work but that amount at 3p, no not for me.

He put in £250k at 4p recently, why suddenly he is helping himself at 2.5p and 3p? The reason we are down at this valuation is because another director sold.

Yes it was clear funds would be raised for expanded the KPOP division, with comments in the half year report.

On the one hand, it is great to have a HNW individual, who can see the road map, put so much of his own money, but I'm also disappointed at the 2.5p level. It stinks of greed and not aligned at all with shareholders. Why not go higher up and create a level, which would result in the value of their own holding increasing aswell. Just looks like he's taking them as low as he can get away with. The price likely would not have even been in the 3's were it not for Ranjit selling.

Enough of the befuddled jibba jabba montecute. Asking why it makes any sense to RNS the detail this morning AND NOT the financial performance of the previous two Start ART fairs is reasonable IMV. The filter tab is green and shiny at the top of the page. GL

Firstly, this is clearly not the news he said he was going to be back with to Andrew Scott. And second, nothing wrong with updating this event via RNS but I do not see why this is news worthy when the financial performance of Seoul or London Start ART was not.

Listen to your shareholders please DC and team - we want to know THE NUMBERS. This is THE MAIN METRIC to keep score of how these events are performing and you are not sharing them with your shareholders. If numbers are withheld, then the market just assumes they are withheld for a reason - like Frankfurt, where no profits were made. The market is assuming the same for Seoul and London Start ART.

Whoever it is looks like they can't get anything in size. Time for a move up?

212hl - yes he did say 'I suspect' but this is my bugbear, with not just DC, but with 99% of AIM Directors. If you deliver on what you say it sets you apart from the rest of AIM and helps to build sentiment. But yes you are right. He is probably guilty of being overzealous and alot of moving parts aswell I'm sure.
