Investors want numbers. Hate to be negative but a pretty pointless RNS unless I'm missing something.

Why not RNS the financial performance of the two StART festivals.

Regarding StART why not do a trading update on the financial performance of the recent Seoul and London festivals.

If they choose to 'release' these numbers via the brokers note, will investors attribute any value? Brokers notes are usually wildly optimistic. Numbers direct from the company in the form of an RNS would be much more preferable and a welcome respite to holding during this SP deterioration.

Hughes, my thoughts aswell. Insiders have brought at 3p (greedy opportunistic), 4p and then don't forget a portion of the StART investment came at 6p valuation.

Ticket sales for O2 look poor at the moment, which could be helping to drag the SP down. This is obviously not what any shareholder hoped for but then one event doesn't make or break a company. Bad sales could be due to a combination of short notice for the gig, no genuine headline acts and also these acts played London not so long ago (could be wrong on that point but remember reading it somewhere). To state the obvious, securing the headline acts holds the key and the kpop stars sell the tickets (or not in this case) regardless of LVCG strategy, to a point.

It will be interesting to see what acts are announced for next years gigs.

I see where simpleinvestor is coming from in a way - he/she wants the facts. But the problem is that fact hunting has gotten very pedantic and has turned into twisting things alittle, which to other shareholders, is just baffling, as why would you try to damage your own investment? Answer - you wouldn't.

Echo chamber benefits nobody, but neither does implying negative scenarios that are not in existence.

The future for LVCG looks very positive and with that I am starting to wonder if I am bonkers by thinking this, based on the SP!

Simpleinvestor for somebody who owns so many shares, you seem keen to stoke this one up. Where is the evidence that SD media is anything other than a tinpot organisation? And where is the evidence that SBS are involved in any way in this dispute?

Ok so here it seems is their website. Doesn't appear to be a big company to me. If there is anything in this, then I imagine SBS's support would be key to any legal wrangle. Just guessing but hopefully all this goes away quietly as something is spooking the SP.

Well, riddle me this - NME removed the article and I can't find any beef or comments from SBS (who they are still partners with), so it appears to be this Seongsu-dong Media, who I can't find any trace of, who have a bee in their bonnet. If there is a beef, they can't be that big if there is no trace of them to be found on tinternet.

Dare I say it, doesn't appear to me to be anything to get excited about.

SBS and or Seongsü-dong Media basically are claiming they created the KPOP.FLEX brand? What an odd acquisition to try and claim, if no proof. Has there been a falling out there somewhere and somebody is trying to retaliate I wonder. SBS being the largest private broadcaster in South Korea, doesn't seem like an ideal organisation to have beef with, when trying to tap into various markets over there.

I reckon it would be tiny even before 2021 Bennster, if holding long term and bottom drawing 99% of AIM shares. And the reason we invest of course is outsized gains if we get it right.

Like here, if his lordship starts feeding the bottom line, instead of his own pocket. And if he continues down that road then Jason Lee and Ranjit shares end up worthless aswell, along with his own holding. Ranjit could have taken £120k cash but chose shares. Which is a clear buy or hold signal to me.

Darola how many AIM shares are there that have rewarded investors over the past 5-10 years? I imagine the list is tiny

SP Angels working on the research note. Delay is due to who owns what in the 5-6 KPOP shows happening next year. Sounds complex. Coming before the end of the year, hopefully next month.

Sounds like Jason Lee will be trying to unlock the Korea market for StART Art and is taking over the running of the digital platform at the end of the month.

Formula e, the two obstacles being building the track and funding the barriers - both of these are now in place, so hopefully looking good for next year.

DC also appeared much more relaxed and upbeat than during the last presentation, where he came across as alittle bit defeated. Maybe he was just tired but good to see him looking and sounding genuinely upbeat compared to last time.

Needs solid numbers and banked profit, no promises of this or that.

DC has used up his 9 lives in the market. Now is the time to deliver numbers. He has no goodwill or benefit of the doubt left with the market, hence the SP vs assets and future prospects.

Yes it all sounds positive. An Investor presentation would be very welcome but it won't change the SP. The one thing that changes the SP is an RNS that includes key numbers.

'We are pleased to report StartART Seoul had x amount of visitors and MADE X AMOUNT OF PROFIT.'

And then the same for London.

Impossible for him to buy anywhere near that amount without spiking the SP to yearly highs, which is why he should have not insulted shareholders and taken the consideration at least at 4p, instead of yearly lows. 4p is still robbery but at a slight premium seems more fair on shareholders who have taken a pasting.

All bodes well for prospects and given he could never sell without cratering the SP it does play into the exit narrative, but again screams of more greed from them upstairs, taking at 3p.

2 sides to the coin yet again.

On the one hand, taking the consideration in shares at all time lows, how considerate of you Ranjit. Greedy, narrow viewed move. At least take them at 4p valuation, give us shareholders a break FFS.

On the other hand, he is privy to the full pipeline picture and has chosen to take shares which must indicate he expects these to be north of 3p valuation in the future.
