So Start.ART is a platform for buying and selling NFT's? Well that is news to me, honestly wasn't aware of that. Looking on the Start.art website and I don't see too much evidence of NFT's or any NFT market place. There is 1 NFT listed for sale at $100k.

Opensea has over 700 employees and is a developing potential monster tech company. Start.Art resembles something more like ArtGallery.co.uk that I get emails from, with an added feature of the in person Art Fairs, unless I'm missing something.

They should spell out whatever is valued at £4m or in excess of £5m.

Either way, it feels to me like focus that should be allin on capitalising on the KPOP opportunity. That is what I invested in back in Feb.

Happy to be patient and see how the next few months play out as it sounds like we'll have a much clearer picture in September.

If such a hoo haa RE StartART valuation, why not shout loud and clear from the beginning that a top 5 company audited it. And why not get a second opinion to shut the naysayers up. And then why not go into detail about the reasons for said valuation. I asked the question about revenue streams and I'm still not any the wiser on why this company is valued at £4m. Any other similar companies out there we can compare to?

Some positives out of that presentation but all of it drowned out by the negative sentiment hanging around the share, because DC is perceived as greedy.

Sentiment and story is bigger than anything when it comes to AIM, DC would do well to remember that.

They answered that, mid September. And they will say delayed so they can have more concrete numbers included. He sort of said that, in a roundabout way.

I asked about 5 questions and they answered them all.

I'm amazed that KPOP Frankfurt hasn't been reconciled yet but I have no experience in the events industry to know whether this is normal or not.

I'm amazed at how many investors talk on these chats and then never ask any questions.

And yes, the market didn't think that was worth waiting for and have to say I agree.

Nothing bad in there, just nothing of any note. All very underwhelming.

And TIntin, I am hungry for KPOP updates aswell but we need more info on StartART and exactly what this company is offering the group in terms of revenue streams.

Something new? This isn't a soap opera (or is it?). This is a business, people want cold hard facts.

Where are the numbers on this latest BrickLive RNS. The market reaction to it should tell them loud and clear they need to include numbers in updates such as that.

I am guessing he will talk about this new 'asian investor' as that has been RNS'd. They really need to pull their finger out though regarding KPOP, when you look at the timelines for this division. All hyped up and now disappeared into thin air, bar an update saying we made 'a profit'.

Anything material they have to RNS first, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Don't know why but gut feeling half expected an RNS this morning. Surely we will get news before this presentation.

Feels like a KPOP update is well overdue. All DC's back and forth to Korea over the past couple of months. Supposedly at least 1 more festival this year. Reconciliations from Frankfurt yet?

And when do Miton have to report RE recent placing buy as per the lvcg tweet?

No sellers it seems at these levels (or buyers!) looks settled around 4p, with buys of any size mm's asking 4.20. Feels again like it could move up quickly though on with any buying or news.

Didn't the company tweet that Miton participated in the placing? If so that news should land soon surely. Well overdue an operational update aswell, which will hopefully bring another boost. Hoping for a good week next week and a much clearer picture of what has been going on, boy do shareholders deserve that.

Agree Bennster, that sums it up for me aswell. Glad he has been open and revised terms, dropping £1m off the valuation. Also to be noted, yes the timing is bad but at least £1m of it is at 6p valuation and going to DC in shares and not cash. The 1 year lock in period is meaningless, given the minute he were to sell any, the SP would bomb anyway and he'll know that.

For me the next 3 months or so is key. He needs to demonstrate through actions that it is the former, rather than the later in those two scenarios you present. It can't all be words and good meaning. Lets see some tangible evidence through profits filtering to the bottom line.

I do however have a feeling he'll have news up his sleeve and do think this is near the bottom. We should also be due this brokers note anytime now, although not sure that will contribute to any potential rerate, given the current sentiment.

Justify the £5m StartART valuation please chairman. And why not wait for K-pop to reconcile FFS

I don't agree, seems lifestyle companies are quite common on AIM and Directors still get the quiet life as they just hide away and operate as if the business is private. These companies obviously don't last long, as once they get figured out, the placing level gets lower and lower, until billions of shares are in issue and they go bust or delist.

I would define a lifestyle company as being cash hungry, not generating any significant revenue and the Directors taking a nice 6 figure salary with expenses, paid for by increasingly dilutive placings NOT revenue generated by the business, like we have here.

But something that is key for me here, holding in these markets is, how many companies on AIM can say they will not need a cash injection over the next 12 months (and beyond).

And how many companies on AIM can say they will likely make a profit this year? And profits on growing, scalable, multiple revenue streams, in multiple countries?

LVCG can answer favourably to both as it stands. Not many more out there can say the same I imagine.

Great to have an update, much needed. Mixed bag in terms of streaming and sponsorship but given how quickly it was all organised, I think a fair result all in all, with plenty of takeaways. Yes we expected more beforehand when extrapolating figures, but the reality of organising something that size, within that short timeframe, is probably a very difficult thing to pull off. Lessons learnt and more time next time around should mean more profits.

A good deal on the merch to get the min guarantee. Would be good to secure similar on the streaming in future, but as pointed out below, we have no idea what costs the artists rights bring here.

Now I think they'll announce at least 1 more date before the next presentation. DC hasn't been to'ing and fro'ing between Korea and back since the first festival for nothing.

They have confirmed a brokers note will be released but I don't see anywhere confirming plans for a TU.

I do think we'll get a good chunk of positive news between now and 28th July. They chose that date in advance and obviously for a reason, hoping announcements will land beforehand.

I would say it has reacted favourably, given it is green, unlike nearly every other small cap this morning. Forgetting the SP action for a moment though, given we are in recovery here, a Trading Update to confirm said recovery should be on the agenda of the board IMO. Others might disagree, and I'd love to hear reasons why a TU wouldn't be a good idea.

On a separate note of the war, I would be much more inclined to blame covid restrictions and subsequent QE coming home to roost, for what we are seeing now. But either way I agree, markets look likely to be dire for some weeks yet.

Results out the way, no surprises it seems, good or bad. Hopefully now the 1 month runway until the next presentation brings some much needed news on trading to date this year and future bookings.

Not a company I hold but IMMO’s update today, in answer to the below question, is what the board should be doing IMO. Giving us an idea of performance to date this year, along with a summary of BrickLive bookings.

Private Ryan - I heard that aswell, but that was 8 weeks ago he said that and I think consensus now seems to be we're going to have to wait until next month for the brokers note. Hope I'm wrong, obviously.
