This is interesting, thanks John. Cross pollinating the divisions at big events like these is a great move. Hopefully StART would follow the KPOP tour aswell. And hopefully strategies to shoehorn BrickLive into these events are in the works aswell.

As MB says, they are never going to disclose that info. I think what would be useful and perhaps a middle ground would be to provide info on total inventory, how much of this is booked out, what this means vs last year, what the targets are in terms of numbers for this year etc. There is no more room for excuses for this division this year - convid restrictions have been lifted everywhere.

On another point, they need to announce a big hitter for Frankfurt KPOP. Drip feeding 2 lesser known groups so far seems to be winding a few up, reading the comments. Caveat that with these crazy fans are probably wound up by their own shadow.

Are you going to post your enthralling recession anecdotes to each chat board? My point was, K-pop and the art world will be more sheltered than most. That is my opinion.

And I don’t think the art world takes much notice of when the daily mail announces we’re in a recession. I also don’t think recession is a consideration THE most avid, crazy fan base of anything in the world - K-pop fans. Your thinking is too narrow, generic. Try looking beyond the black and white.

You are in loco land expecting them to RNS those numbers pre event. I would personally settle for some key numbers reported post event and within a reasonable timeframe.

I also enquired the other day as to when the BrickLive CEO had rejoined but nobody answered. I believe she left and then rejoined and has a very solid background. Could make all the difference with BrickLive this year.

What numbers did you want them to attach to this mornings RNS? These are events that haven't happened yet, you are aware of that aren't you?

I made a post yesterday regarding yesterdays results.

KPOP was a new concept for the group last year. It needs time to develop and grow like anything else. Time will tell if it delivers a profit this year, but the very strict nomad have allowed them to include at least £1m revenue in yesterday's update.

I agree they need to post numbers but would you prefer they to not post any upcoming events. You think today's RNS was a negative one?

Bennster - nothing has changed with DC's ability to take money out if he chooses. He could do that through lvcg just the same, if that's what he wants to do. Thought you were a genuine holder but your timing of stirring the pot and trying to muddy the waters this morning with a non issue does make me wonder.

They have taken the p1ss simple but the important thing is it is due imminently. New CFO words, not DC's - 'early Q1 2023' which is January in anybody's book.

I am dumbfounded at the negativity after that RNS this morning. Further strengthening of a relationship with a company as big as SBS for a £6m valued minnow .

LVCG have no say or influence in how well the ticket sales go for these events. It is 100% down to the line ups and as pointed out, with SBS onboard, the line ups are going to be good = ticket sales are going to be good.

We will have to wait for the brokers note to see what profit is projected for each festival, but you would hope with the restructuring and lessons learnt from Frankfurt, that it will be significantly more than £80k.

Bennster I think the point is, why would DC bother? He controls LVCG so why not just pay himself from there all the profits, if that's what he was going to do? Yes he can do that from this new ltd, but he could do it from lvcg anyway, so nothing has changed in that regard.

Is it more likely that this new entity is to dodge agreements that were in place previously with other Korean companies or other promoters maybe? No other partners mentioned, other than SBS, with a new promoter TBC.

Interesting. Hopefully Jason Lee is pushing for StART to have a digital gallery within this metaverse.

Great to get an update. Feels like the badgering worked. Very glad to hear a commitment to report quarterly.

All seems very sober and conservative. I'm not sure which part of the update caused an investor or investors to bail, from where we were yesterday, but when were the markets ever rational.

KPOP - feels like there has been a ceiling put on this division - less risk, less reward. Seems likely to me this wasn't through the choice of DC. Hopefully it will be much easier to project future earnings, with this licensing model.

Pleased to hear the Brokers note is coming 'early Q1', which surely means in the next 2-3 weeks.

BrickLive - do we know what dates Christina Anthony left and the rejoined?

StART - I'm not getting excited about NFT's. There will be a utility for this tech in but I don't see big revenues coming from this direction. Hope I'm wrong. Valuation for this division still looks punchy but need to see numbers from this recent stART.art Korea. If they are reading this, then integrating StART NFT's into The Sandbox, Decentraland to name 2 'metaverses' might be worth investigating.

LCSE - No sponsorship obtained yet, which is possibly why the drop. Not sure what the expectation was here but we had a similar result with Frankfurt didn't we. No revenue targets or expectations listed for all of the activity in Cape Town, so investors pricing in £0 for this by the looks of things. LCSE gets a % of the sponsorship but no indication as to what that figure will be. Seems crazy to me that they don't know any financials this close to the event. Lets hope it is profitable and shareholders not picking up the bill.

All in all I am happy to continue holding. No fireworks but these multi year agreements will keep stacking up. As soon as we get visibility on earnings from these then the market should start to take note. Caveat that with any evidence of material profits being siphoned off then I will be out the door.

Yes I think it would. I know bigger shareholders have his ear but what about the smaller holders, left in the dark. They need to prioritise communication to us. Currently we are bottom of the list. I am holding approx. 1.5m which isn't a small investment for me and I will be selling a portion off if it doesn't improve and just bottom drawing them and put my money elsewhere. Feel like we're being strung along with promises that never materialise, so only an fool would keep holding expecting that to change. Rant over :)

They have no interest in the SP performance though suedee. They can't buy and sell their shares, so for them it is just protecting their holding against dilution and possibly how big the pie they get for how ever many years down the line exit. Tintin is emotional and flip flops, but I do think he is right on this occasion and that shareholders need to get on their case.

Updated financial guidance was long overdue after the decimation of convid 19. This brokers note was supposed to be coming in June, after the first KPOP fest, which is a disgraceful length of time to have not gotten this info out yet. They need a massive kick up the behind from all directions. We are part funding this company and are treated like mushrooms.

Not unwelcome in itself, but does feel almost like a trolling from DC, considering his overegging of the pudding in his last interview with Andrew Scott, saying we would hear this side of xmas etc.

Investors are just completely in the dark here, lets face it. Lots of advertorials as simple puts it, but no sign of the one thing shareholders need to evaluate their investment, NUMBERS! We have no idea what financial targets the team has from all of this Q1 activity in Cape Town. Long awaited and much needed guidance was supposed to be with us in July last year. Pitiful way to treat investors.

I guess its either sell up or be prepared to go to sleep on your holding in the dark, because they aren't going to suddenly change and start to divulge numbers regularly. They are clearly not bothered about shareholders and it seems to be a shrug of the shoulders type attitude. SP performance is clearly not a priority for them.

The longer no news all of this activity Cape Town activity, the more likely it is going to turn out to be a damp squib financially imo I'm afraid, like the first KPOP fest.

Well put MB. The cynic in me wonders if he is 'acting soft', so they can trouser some more shares at this valuation. He is nobody's fool and they must surely be aware that they are vastly under egging the pudding here. To not even be giving more detail bar the odd tweet, with 2 events as big as these doesn't make sense.

Knigel I've seen those tweets but if you read those and then read what posters are have detailed with regard to previous event numbers etc then you see the disparity. Feels like they are giving out the very bare minimum of info.
