Hi Sly around 2008 at the time of the crash I posted on a bb where Rook was a fellow poster and we both managed to lose thousands( at least I did) and at that time we were convinced it would bounce back and it has not really. For this reason I have an understanding of what is happening to MTRO. Today RBS is giving a good div. MTRO could take another 5/10 years before it can pay a div which will hold it down to current levels IMHO

samsquamch aiming to make a quick profit is what people do in the betting shop. DYOR before buying shares is a golden rule and not being invested too heavily in any one stock. Those down in a big way with MTRO appear to have over invested IMHO. Lets hope MTRO rises dramatically to bail out some on here, as I feel their pain. GLA

Repeat - consider selling one half, it does not have to be all or nothing. Take time out away from this board. Read everything you can about stock market investment, become a student, you can learn from this and look to learn every day. I got stronger from a very similar experience. No one knows what the future holds for MTRO shares despite what may be said. If this sounds like advice it is to the extent that I am saying STAND BACK and calmly consider, don't do anything rash GOOD LUCK

Krayl49 why not take out your original stake leaving the rest in and you cannot lose as I see it. Having come late to this if it to moved 5.5p that's what I would do in the absence of some quality assurances. GLA

EUA opened at 2.775 with a high of 3.35 that gives plenty of scope to be and out, why not do that?

Large buy does not mean it is a long term investor, he could be out the next day, or next week. EUA sp could rise by 50% from here and I suspect quite a few who would take the money and run. IMHO
