To add to what sw10000 says it does not have to be all or nothing. You could spend some time considering how you might improve your position with MTRO, instead of seeing as say 10,000 shares it can be 5 x 2000 shares. By this simple measure you could sell one parcel and you have not lost out on any rise, but if it were to drop to 180 you could buy back and you have more shares with a lower average. Its for you to decide, and even if you do nothing let it be your well thought through decision. Good Luck
