The TaqPath COVID-19 High-Throughput Combo Kit appears to be a new 3rd test. It's not listed on the FDA site yet. Nice find Candid :)

No sorry the 13th March 2020 date is when their other combo kit was EUA approved. Here is the letter of approval for their second combo kit approved 10th February 2021 https://www.fda.gov/media/145928/download

Thermo Fisher applied for EUA on 13th March 2020, as far as I can see. Approval came 10th February so about 11 months process. Genedrive EUA in the next few weeks I hope :)

It's interesting that they've only just released this as their combo kit was listed as having the EUA approval on the FDA site 10th February, I think I mentioned it as one of my examples to Maestro the weekend before last. The letter of EUA authorization from FDA is dated February 10th 2021. Still researching for the application date.

Yes they do, though they don’t always update immediately. Similarly with the BC partnership Preefty mentioned, things often leak out before the company manage to RNS. BC are aware of the EUA filter so if it is just an error it will be corrected today (US time).

Yes, it’s quite possible BC (and Genedrive) will be aware of EUA approval before the official approval letter is received. They’re are in close contact with the FDA. It’s probable they would RNS it after the official letter arrives. Meanwhile BC’s sales team would be keen to update their product immediately due to the positive impact it has on sales. We’ll see, I expect it soon either way.

My post about FDA update was referring to the FDA website, if they update it today it won’t be until afternoon or evening uk time.

Lol it most certainly isn't FDA or bust, Genedrive have several other products with company making revenue potential. Either way I am confident Genedrive's PCR tests will be granted FDA EUA very soon ...if not already granted. If no RNS then all eyes on the FDA website Monday evening to see if it has been updated :)

Be sure to be looking on the US site beckman.com, naturally it doesn't show the EUA on the UK mybeckman.uk site. Stumped me for a moment, but I think that's probably why some people are seeing it and others not.

Many weeks back there was speculation on the market as to whether BC had paid for the first shipment or if we’d sent them over free for them to trial. This wasn’t confirmed until the recent financials update. As I say EUA should be RNS’ed immediately though a day or 2 after wouldn’t surprise me.

It’s still there everyone on the Beckman site, showing one Genedrive kit with EUA filter selected. If they have been granted EUA for kit it “should” be RNS’ed tomorrow, however if it isn’t RNS’ed it doesn’t mean it hasn’t been granted. Companies are sometimes slow to RNS things, and sometimes material things don’t even get RNS’ed ...for instance I think we should have had an RNS to say BC paid 400k for the first shipment and when Thailand and Malaysia approval came. I’m sure FDA will be RNS’ed but wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t immediately... let’s see, could be that they wait for all 3 kits to be granted first.

M - I was referring to you probably having sold your GDR shares at about 78p when you saw NYCT dropping, now you're looking to buy in again as cheap as possible. I say rather than try to convince people to sell/hold off buying in an attempt to get a better price, I would simply buy in at this price and hold until early May. I'm quite sure you'll be well awarded! ...You'll be kicking yourself if you're out when news drops :)

They put a tender in because they’re free to do so, they aren’t going to refuse to sell their tests to the UK if the UK want them lol. Main target market as you know very well is USA. FDA will arrive by May IMO. PCR tests with high throughput are in high demand :) ...you know all of this, I can only assume you sold when NCYT dropped and are now hoping to get back in as cheap as possible, even at other peoples expense.

DB said that they submitted all of their products for the UK tender that were CE certified. So pretty sure that will have included the PCR test, even if it's not their main target market.

EUA takes a year :) ...it will be approved this month IMO. BC know what they’re doing!

Most of the ones on the list are updates yes, there are about 300 of them. However at least 25 of those (maybe more) have had their EUA approval this year. Yes, I believe there's a high chance EUA will arrive before the annual time frame. I bet you've loaded up on that dip! :)
