GDR rarely RNS things even when significant, for example we weren’t told that BC had paid 400k for the first shipment until months later… some people were even speculating that they may not have paid anything for the first batch.

I’m very confident some decent sales will have been made over the past few months. Expecting positive news on several fronts!

Very exciting times Sally, from what I understand the POC test is finished. Only things remaining is getting formal clinical qualification and regulatory filing. It’s also currently undergoing bio safety assessment by an independent PHE lab, I would imagine the results of this will come back this month.

It's not worth the risk being out at the moment imo, to gain maybe a few percent lower entry if you're really lucky, more likely in the meantime any one of the expected positive news will land and you'll be kicking yourself... looking at a 50-100% markup. The price now is already so cheap considering what is likely to be happening this month. Rule no. 3 - Don't be greedy.

Wallbrook confirmed no fundraising happening/needed, so the logical next news imo could be an order from Divoc or details about the hearingloss test launch... or WHO/FDA... spoilt for choice as there is tons of highly positive stuff happening!

I think these block trades are just traders. Sometimes I trade it a little and always use those amounts. Possibly spread bets too, they’re usually round numbers.

Getting the import license leads us to speculate and read between the lines that Divoc will now order a load of tests and import them. Highly likely this will happen, it’s obvious, however I can see from DB’s perspective he’s probably thinking that’s not price sensitive in itself because it was probably always expected following on from getting the ICMR approval. however an order will be price sensitive!

At least it means when news of an order comes the share price will rise considerably from here as opposed to dropping which is possibly what it would do if it had already risen considerably on the import license… the sell on news brigade etc.

DB’s RNS yesterday is baffling me as the impression I get from it is that he isn’t very bothered about the import license, as if it’s irrelevant because the India price cap means not many will buy the tests at the price he wants. He doesn’t sound excited at all. Perhaps it is because the nomad told him to calm the market down, or perhaps David is only interested in selling £billions of tests and so sees India as disappointing. Who knows, but DIVOC certainly sound as though they’re about to import (buy) a load from Genedrive… which the market will love. Even a small percentage of the Indian market will be significant considering our mcap.

Sounds like orders will follow very soon.... after all the effort getting approvals and licenses they aren't going to just 'pass' on these commercial opportunities.

I emailed Divoc a couple of months ago but had no response, they’ve probably been told not to give any information to shareholders. Seems unreasonable though that they can’t confirm whether they’re using the test or not.

The number of COVID cases reported on Tuesday is the highest since 19 February - when 12,027 new infections were recorded.

Tuesday's daily death figures are the highest since 12 April - when 30 fatalities were reported.

The number of patients in hospital with the virus is also the highest it has been in almost two months, with 1,378 people in COVID beds as of 20 June - a 21% increase on the previous week - and the highest since 29 April.

I think they're working hard. They haven't developed these brilliant cutting edge products to suddenly sit back, relax and twiddle their thumbs. I admit it's frustrating not being able to know exactly what is happening in the company on a week by week basis but that's the way all companies are for private investors. I am sure that there is a lot of positive stuff happening within the company, there's nothing to suggest that there isn't. I am sure we will have an update by the end of June.

A very bright future ahead for Genedrive IMO. One of the things that’s occurred to me is that with the enormous quantity of PCR tests that have been needed throughout the pandemic, the emphasis has probably been on quantity vs quality. Testing will be around for many years, perhaps less testing will be needed than in the heights of the pandemic but I’m thinking with less tests needed there may be a switch to the higher quality tests. And of course it is likely our tests will come down in price as we find more economical ways of making them.

Looks like a buyer and a seller are trying to out do each other lol. Great to see to some good volume! We should have POC news in the next 1-2 weeks, and surely surely FDA approval has to be imminent. AIHL launching this summer too, there’s so much to be excited about though yes the wait and the ‘not knowing’ is very frustrating. From the current share price only one of these things has to happen for the share price to multiply!

It effects the public image of the company. Any potential customers researching Genedrive will see a load of angry investors and probably mostly short term traders, bashing the company.

It's been a quiet month on the GDR news announcements front, we usually have something pretty tasty each month. I suspect we will hear something very nice in the next 1-2 weeks. Great to read the new article today from Beckman mentioning Genedrive - that at least suggests things are developing positively. It's always just after you give up hope with a stock that they release massive news... holding tight with this one! I'm confident things will turn out well.

Do you think they're still distributing/using the Genedrive test? It's not clear whether they are or not.
