That's not what DB meant at all lol!! ...Beckman can't use their power to push the FDA because it is not their product. He alluded to a time in the future when he sees Beckman could hypothetically have that kind of influence - in other words if Beckman or Danaher bought us (or bought the entire product license) it would be their product and they could directly use their power to influence regulatories. I have no doubt though that the FDA will know Genedrive's kit is being promoted and supported by Beckman and therefore Danaher, and that will naturally have a positive influence. We know the EUA approval is progressing, they issued a reg number last Monday. Beckman's sister company Beckman Diagnostics had a EUA granted just a few weeks ago. The FDA are bound to approve our kit, and Beckman know this.

DB’s comment about being able see down the line that BC might be able to directly influence things such as FDA approval was very interesting. He essentially said at the moment it’s Genedrive making the application to the FDA because it’s our product, so BC aren’t really able to add their clout to it (although I expect they will) though then went on to say that he can see that later down the line that maybe different... IMO alluding to a scenario where BC might own us or part of us in some form and would therefore be submitting applications themselves :)

Beckman have just started selling to Europe as of a few days ago, give them a chance lol. They will sell plenty, I’m quite sure of that!

The news was exactly what people were expecting for last years finances. Which is why a 50% drop first thing this morning, after a week of continuous dropping didn’t make any sense at all. I was actually pleasantly surprised to hear all the projects were still on, as the company had been quiet for a while.

Expecting an update on Beckman’s first month of aggressive selling, at the beginning of April. Hopefully EUA very soon, with Beckman’s leveraging power.

How it dropped to 0.6 within about a minute of opening, followed by a huge load of trades all at exactly 0.6 for a few mins and then suddenly bouncing back to about 0.8 ...before any platform would allow people to buy online makes me think market makers dropped it to fill buy orders at 0.6 and trigger stop losses on the way. I set a buy order yesterday at about 0.83 only expecting it to be triggered if news was terrible like they had abandoned the POC test development. Completely shocked to see it triggered and then almost instantly drop to 0.6.

It’s also odd that such a large number of people (who are all silent today) would’ve set stop losses at 60p when the share price has been trading 100% - 150% higher for ages. There was a huge number of trades at 60p. Pretty dodgy shenanigans going on there IMO.

Well it’s strange not one person has said they’re stop loss was triggered.

These guys deramping are either very bored or trying to buy in even cheaper than it already is lol. Complete nonsense they’re posting. I doubt Beckman are going to be updating Genedrive on sales progress every time they sell a kit, give them time to do what they excel at.

DB clearly said they are “currently importing in to the US” present tense, which suggests they’re planning another shipment IMO. Things are happening in the background.

My research tells me that in the US, without EUA, Genedrive kits can be sold to 260k CLIA labs. With EUA much more...

Interesting theory though I haven't heard anybody in the chatrooms or twitter saying that their stop loss was triggered. My guess is those 60p trades were the big boys buying in... and the RNS was used as an excuse to drop the price as much as they possibly could.

Beckman have only just started selling our test in Europe, we don't need the FDA for that... so imo there has to be a good chance we'll receive large sales here first ... that is if the FDA doesn't arrive in the next couple of weeks imo. It's in Beckman's safe experienced hands though so I'm not worried.

Exactly the market is not saturated with PCR tests like ours. Also the test has only just appeared on the European Beckman sites in the past couple of days. It’s quite clear to me that sales will follow, particularly with the state of Covid on the continent now.

I don't understand the backlash against DB, he's the one that has achieved the BC distribution agreement which will almost certainly will bring in sales in the US and Europe. Both DoD and AIHL are developing well, a small delay with the POC test but delays like this are to be expected with pharma development, much the same way as delays happen with tech products. Things are heading in the right direction for sure!

I have read it, what you're saying isn't true.

Beckman know exactly what they are doing, they would not have bought the initial $400k worth if they were in any doubt about being able to sell. Also consider the contacts Beckman and Danaher will have with the FDA, they will be hugely infuencial. IMO Beckman are either; very confident that they can sell a significant number of kits even without the EUA (I read 260,000 CLIA labs can be sold to) or/and they are very confident that the EUA will be granted.

Yes my thoughts exactly... It wouldn't surprise me if we close around 100. I think holders will be very pleasantly surprised with how well things develop in Q2, with the COVID tests, aswell as AIHL and DoD. Exciting times!

We don’t need the EUA to sell, we can currently sell to 260,000 CLIA labs in the US. Also, we already have sold a load to Beckman. We will get the EUA soon too which will open up even more doors. Some poor deramping going on the past few days!

As far as I have found there are 260,000 CLIA labs that are allowed to use the Genedrive test currently (without EUA needed). That’s a lot of potential sales there.
