I have my reasons and put my cash behind them - lithium pricing $30,000/t and a disruption in energy and transport - little old KDNC just is not understood by the market.

@Bannor, I agree and have done so for a few months that Ganfeng will make an offer once the buyout is concluded, it has been suggested on the BCN board that the antitrust ruling may have been to benefit Ganfeng to extend the offer period due the initial low uptake and that's why I put the question on whether the JV's would need another ruling - I would imagine as Ganfeng are likely to be over 75% by now there's nothing to prevent them making an offer for our JV's!

keeping with the theme I would say Ganfeng will be champing at the bit to take the JV's as many believe will be the case.

I think many are waking up to lead China has taken in manufacturing and materials that will and realistically are already competing aggressively with European manufacturers, those JV's must be worth in the order of hundreds of millions now with the outlook for lithium.

Will the antitrust apply to Ganfeng taking the JV's?

Crazy the SP I have in mind if Ganfeng want the JV's and agree with other posts on the mine plan perhaps being revised for the JV's to be included.............. but there is no plan from Ganfeng that's public knowledge.
