We'll, I do believe our Sonora JV will be negotiated imminently, and as a PI my view is by end of January - just my view of course - and holding back enough for a 49% increase in Amapa (Should that arise) plus a divvy.

As positive as the article is there's some very big gaps to be filled, HAS world class far superior to it's peers by a country mile and same goes for Sonora add the acquisition by Ganfeng and the remaining 30% JV's, and as have others have mentioned the sign off agreement last week.

I do believe the UK investor interview on 9th December may have been for that purpose, just the way the interviewer made sure all the assets got a mention and detail on how Cadence are positioned plus notes and links for greater detail on the assets.

they are planning to be in production 2023 and recent RNS's state accelerate, they didn't release the engineering plans, plant design etc by H1, Sonora is high grade and scalable and so there's a high likelihood they will want to take 100% from day one - IMVHO

RNS late next week or early week after, confidence level 85% - could be pipped by Ganfeng though and that £1 - multiply it!

And Sonora, I would imagine it's a formality after a long 'understanding' ;-) just my guess!!

Yeah KM had the bank settlement agreement in principle in august 2020.......
But after he said that the banks challenged everything in court..... then India had a 2 week Covid outbreak in April,then we had imminent , 90% draft ing of legal docs for over a year
And Alan green nearly/soon interviews on repeat x10

Investor presentation
Don’t we normally get an investor presentation with one of those fancy timelines that ends up been totally incorrect, I think last years said 20% in a 1-6 month window, then they remove them from the website to avoid anyone calling them out about it

Chinese New Year begins 1st February - I would expect Ganfeng to make a bid for the JV's in January, they have a great deal of lithium to supply!
