As per my comment of a few days ago think they may have set a limit of $13 for BBs.

his view (independent and analytical) agrees with comments from foxy, c909, myself and others and is the polar opposite of yours.

in summary, money ****ed up against the wall to achieve nothing tangible, not even ip! a dog of a share is the conclusion - and he’s normally optimistic!

Luther - the RNS you quote is just DEC confirming that the dividend for Q1 2025 is as stated - based on Q1 results just released. Payment of the dividend lags the announcement by 4 plus months.

Hg has given you the wording / dates for Q4 2024 dividend announced previously.

Rather than the details in the accounts (which are always going to be transitory whilst in a period of acquisition and absorption) the biggest thing a prospective investor sees is the headline of 'Loss.'

Once you see this for a few quarters most people wouldn't other diving in to the details of hedge accounting and acquisition one off costs. I'd also assume that a company continually making a loss probably couldn't afford its dividend so stay clear.

More transparency and clarity over debt levels, repayment schedules and servicing costs would also help. They need to show debt is manageable and falling consistently.

We need new people to buy the shares and the BoD's job is to give them good, clear reasons to buy.

Well a Peel Hunt buy recommendation and target price of £30 is pretty optimistic 😀

Up 2% in the US only just under Dow 2.3% - not too bad given 4% plus drop in HH prices. US support level looks to have lifted to $13.25.

Are BBs capped at $13? RNSs dated today and yesterday both have $13 as max price and lower volume yesterday as much of the day was above $13.

If everyone really is keen for a resolution there’s an easy first step.

The outstanding pipeline fine ( for illegal use) is waived and the monies used to pay the IOCs for historical sales.

Or are we still at very keen but not keen enough to pay our debts stage?

No euphoria and no rose coloured specs here.

Share price over last 3 years has been dismal.

However, price seems to have turned - be happy for small mercies.

Personally I think the strategy might prove to be correct and good for long term shareholder value. Rusty holds way more shares than we do. If you’ve had to sell at low levels it’s been a sad loss but if you’re just holding I have a light at the end of my tunnel - you just seem to have an oncoming train. 😀

It did grow weak - all the evidence is it’s now recovering 😀.

You however need a new dictionary. A massive drop isn’t languishing, nor is a 13% rise. Didn’t say it was great. I said it wasn’t languishing. 😀

Uk up over 8% in a week and 13% in a month.

You must have a different definition of languishing. By all means be gloomy when it’s falling but occasionally recognise facts as well.

Not much logic I can see - down all morning then just follows the US market up in the afternoon!
