1. FCA approval to testing in Sandbox (currently awaited, will it come tomorrow or at end of May?)

2. Completion of Sandbox testing at least 6 months, takes us to end of 2023

3. Award of contracts and trading update on GSFintech sales etc

This share is not a instant get rich gratification play ,but IMHO is one that will require a great deal of patience to attain such highs.

Let's see what evolves.

IMHO,

NEM would have to offer an eqiuivalent of an 'Eye Watering Amount' for our 30% as SD has already stated. IMHO such an amount is up for debate etc.

If I can receive a 'Special Dividend of X, plus keep all of my GGP shares be they consolidated no doubt after ASX listing etc, and in doing so cover my investment outlay, then all good asfaic.

All will depend on what other GGP shareholders aspirations are :O).

More to the point, GGP have first refusal etc.

In my simplistic analysis, NEM should they succeed in their takeover of NCM ,will ultimately takeover the contractual obligations of the Havieron JV agreement between NCM/GGP.

So by default, we all ready know that if NCM did not wish to carry on with HAV, there is a clause as I understand it that says it must be offered to the other party, ie GGP etc.

So in conclusion NEM will not be offering 70% of Havieron up for sale to the highest bidder unless GGP agree , cant see that happening IMHO.
