In short, No.

The most common reason a stock would suspend trading is if incorrect financial information is released.

Outdated legislation stops shareholder voices being heard. Almost half of individual shareholders can’t directly engage with the company they invest in, as they invest via platforms, the rest are constrained by a paper-based system. At the same time, companies are losing sight of who their investors are. Digital first reform will be better for shareholders, better for business and ultimately, better for Britain – making the UK a more attractive place to invest and to list.

Last time I tried to vote at the GST AGM the only ability to vote was only available, if you had paper share certificates, not good enough.

Basically, GST's business model of a stablecoin payment system in using Coalculus, will be pegged to either the USD, GBP, or EURO and be backed up as such by hard Fiat currency.

The FCA/Fintech participants review have already rejected the algo model basis thank goodness.

The comment re'ForTelfer we are talking about production continuing until thereabouts 2025' makes me think that should NEM takeover NCM, NEM/NCM have already discussed this in detail and are awaiting further drilling results and of course the much awaited MRE/DTM etc.

Basically all is put on the back burner until 2025?

Question Re FS is ongoing now, and what is timing and date of that study etc.

Ans: Agree their fate does indeed seem to be sealed, have said that myself before now, I actually think they NCM BOD's want this to happen because of historical connections etc. Question is will NCM shareholders want it?

That was a NCM BOD's decision and given the fact that they had already had 2 offers and refused them, it really does beg the question of why they have given NEM a third bite at the cherry so to speak, IMO NCM want a deal etc.

You have to look at the historical connection between NEM/NCM, NCM were borne out of NEM and that's it as far as NCM BOD's are concerned IMHO, big bucks for them I'm sure. I hope NCM shareholders will fight for more because I think NEM may well be prepared to up their offer once again given the desire for major mergers and aquisitions in the Gold sector right now.

Bottom line, SD is no fool, he and his team will be watching very carefully on all that is going on right now and will have a few contingent plans in readiness for whatever the NEM/NCM takeover throws at us, re our 30% ownership etc.

6000 staff, GST probably less than 200?.

At this stage of the game therefore, we are no more than a small acorn in world of Fintech, but hopefully will grow into a mighty Oak over time with the guidance of Pinsent Masons to overcome the regulatory hurdles etc.

If you read the prospectus/RNS's the initial aim is to get FCA approval for our payment system and that in itself will be most encouraging indeed if successful etc.

One step at a time is my view.

First goal is;
