A buyer has stated beforehand that they want the price for 24.15m shares to be based upon the above criteria? Obviously going to take a little time to acquire 24.1m shares etc.

If we achieve obtaining an EMI, plus ongoing 'Sandbox Trials' which after all are all about tesing the system to make sure it complies with FCA regulation etc, and that process in itself can take 6-12 months etc then I really think we will have accomplished a great step forward.

Small steps at a time is the way to grow this company, the actual market size of the 'Market' is very large indeed!
