You seem to be ignoring the fact that we will most likely have consolidation within 12 months time to get the ASX listing etc.

So your 88p prediction in 12 months time (I reckon at least 1:10 consolidation as suggested by SD in one of his podcast/video interviews will have already happened) ergo, SP needs to be at least £8.80.

Or are you saying 88p after consolidation????

Fact is he holds 3%, and if he was selling any of his 3% then a further TR1 would be required to be issued to show his holding had fallen below that threshold.

Bottom line, ignore the likes of Lloyd88 as he doesn't have a clue what GST is all about.

It's no wonder IMO, that GGP are now wanting to move all legal aspects to Australia :O)

I agree with that point of view, ie, we need a fairly decent uprise in the SP most particularly before any consolidation on a ratio of 1 :10 IMHO. That is the one and only concern of mine at this point in time.

So, as Shaun states in that video...'I will probably consolidate into strength etc'

We are are going to have to wait to see what strength acually transpires over the NEM/NCM takeover but more importantly we also require greater certainty on when the MRE/DFS/DTM etc are timed to be released that wil impact the SP on any ASX listing IMHO.

Answer for me is, not in this day and age, time for a change, IMHO.

I have no idea why you have concluded that shareholders might have to take out ‘Indemnity Insurance’ in relation to the Sharesoc petition, totally bizzare IMHO.
For public companies, (ie, GGP) the liability of members is limited by shares.ie, The liability of a shareholder for the company's liabilities is generally limited to the amount, if any, that remains unpaid on that shareholder's shares.

Finally re ‘Beneficial Ownership’ it is the company that owns the assets. A company is a type of artificial person. It can, for instance, own property, employ people, buy and sell goods and services and enter into contracts generally and owe money etc,etc.

Do you honestly believe that Sharesoc would be promoting this petition if it was incorrectly worded?
