Yes indeed the RNS stated that 81m shares were to hit the main market of the London Stock Exchange on the 11th April , ie today. Now then, there was a transaction of 75 million shares a day or so after that RNS but prior to the 11th April.

The question in my mind was , was the 75m share transaction related? were the shares forward sold to a MM or whoever in knowledge of todays RNS?

Doesn't matter a jot overall as shareholders were one step ahead after the proactive interview with Shayne :O)

Will be very interesting to see if we can reach the top of the leader board once again tommorow :O)

I don't think it will have a major impact at all ,unless the volume of trading in GGP is much higher , all will be pounced upon by the resident shorters etc to quell any rise.

For now its a waiting game, and that's how I see it.

I'm just not 100% sure as yet given the backdrop of rising gold prices that NCM shareholders ie, ii and retail NCM holders will readily accept NEM's offer just yet, as there may well be more mileage to extract.

My general feeling though is that NCM BOD's may want this deal to go through for historical MEM/NCM reasons.

So, what will this mean for GGP?

I would like to think that NEM are by and large practical when looking at the situation re Telfer, and if they really do want 100% of Havieron which at this time we do not know as yet, then more games will be played out.

On the plus side, I am sure SD is or has already made contingent plans to defend our 30% interest given the urgently required updated MRE, FS, DCM (already taken) etc that will be required in order to negotiate with NEM.

Just going to have to sit this one out until the NEM/NCM negotiations are concluded , can't do anything else but wait for now IMHO.

Folk like Goodlife if anything will put nieve newcomers off investing imho, one has to always think of 'Risk'. The original prospectus clearly lays out many risks and shoud be read and noted by all investors.


IMHO, even if the FCA application to the sandbox were rejected for now for whatever reason, I personally would not expect that to be the end of the matter. I think that the company will have already thought about this and made contingent plans to seek another route to their stablecoin payment based business model with the guidance of Pinsent Mason.

What effect would this have on the SP, in the short term? it would obviously fall until such time that GST decided upon a new way forward etc.

On balance so far so good given the latest Proactive interview, best approach is to take a balanced perspective and not to invest more than you are prepared to loose at such an early stage, as there are many hurdles to go before we will see a rapidlw growing increase in the SP, IMHO.

Best chill and watch it all unfold.

I didn't selectively , select any of your posts in particular, however I got the feeling from all your posts that you were a 'Pendulum' so to speak ,and would then actively push one way or the other to meet your own trading agenda, that in turn may well influence any new comers/ investors to GST.
