But I personally do not think that is correct.

Yes we would, but the thing in my mind is, would the majority of shares still reside in PI's hands at such a time of a potential TO bid? Who knows, I don't.

Yes 'The Lassonde curve made easy! ....just hope our Orphan period is so much shorter than other companies whom have to build a processing plant etc. At least we, ie, Newcrest already have one in place.

Once the PFS is issued, and all being well before the end of this year, and an update to the MRE? who knows how quickly the share price will rise?

The real driver in value will be in the progress of the mine build and updates to the resource but we also need to hold out against a potential takeover as this stage.

It will present an interesting risk to GGP shareholders IMHO , so far IMHO SD is on our side.

Your not alone, rewinding and replay action same with me.. what I have learned is that the more you rewind and replay with Rick ,the more you begin to understand and learn what it is, he is actually telling you, takes a while to grasp and understand , it's his style, and I have found his recordings to be very insightful given his vast investment experience to date.

I truly think, that he cares not a jot in telling all what reality is truly all about in the world of the Junior or Major mining invstment case, he is basically now acting as an independant agent / semi retired from Sprotts ( I now understand) . All should watch his videos IMHO.

No6: Open at depth, re Havieron, the resource is most very likely to double from the initial MRE, all of course over time, IMHO.

My thoughts,
No 1: Hands are still numb, not many selling, orders need to be filled by the MM's, so just a reverse strategy for a change , ie move the SP northwards and see what happens?
No2: Shorters do not wish to be caught out over a Bank Holiday weekend and are reducing their exposure by buying back in.
No3: Juri/JV Results could land anytime soon?
No4: POG is slowly increasing suggesting that all is not well with inflation and the value of the dollar.4
No5: GGP shareholders are very excited on the overall strategic plan of the company as detailed by SD and are simply buying more shares.

Well I think you will be somewhat surprised re voting by brokers, Hargreaves Lansdowne for example, you have to phone and tell them how you want to vote etc, and is also the same with a lot of others brokers.

Interactive Investor actually provide an online interface for voting (Did not happen with GST for some strange reason, and I enquired and they are now chasing this up for future voting)

The thing is at the end of the day, if you are a nominee shareholder you should be able to vote and know that your vote has been made and you should be able to verify your vote How???? via Blockchain technology.

So what I am saying Poker is that the markets, will subject to change pressures by the likes of Sharesoc etc . make everything fully transparent, ie all players will be visible.

I take your point etc, however Sharesoc are actively campaigning for all nominee holders to have a direct holding registration of their ownership of a share because as of now many nominee holders have been for example been unable to vote.

Agree why the obsession? All holders have to take a view on how long the sale process might actually take, and how confident they as holders feel that all will be concluded in a positive outcome, because as of now nothing is certain.

Very difficult at the moment IMHO.

I do wish all holders well, and the BOD's whom I imagine are also feeling the pressure (Given a rapid decline in the SP over the last few weeks) will soon find a way to resolving this long drawn out matter of a sale or no sale, ASAP.
