Bottom line, Blockchain offers 'Proof of Ownership' so in theory you will not be allowed to sell shares , ie Naked shorting, if you don't own them in the first place!

Just my opinion, I do think the 'Blockchain' concept if used properly will quickly stop 'Naked Short Selling', ie Naked Short selling is all about selling shares that you dont even own. This is another opportunity for GST to get their teeth into sometime in the future?

Hydrogen has already and very clearly explained whom holds the balance of power here, and incase you don't already realise it, it us you and me ie, private retail investors who hold the majority of shares.

Unless NCM arec willing to pay more, should such a scenario arise, all would be put to the vote anyway and given what we already know etc......any offer would have to meet acceptance from all.

Bottom line, most retail investors IMHO, will be willing to wait as the true value of Haverion is realied and most likely will increase over time ,many will not be in a rush to simply settle for peanuts.

if you use a Limit Order, for eg 27p, 25 days duration as an example, it will go through OK.

Generally they won't allow a limit sell price of more than 150% of the current price.

Also there is a note to say any limit order is not visible to the market, so it would seem is at their discretion?
