Yes theoretically and most ideally in 3months, but we have no idea at the moment what is going on behind the scenes plus the old covid excuse etc :O)

IMHO they have applied, but neither you nor I can substaniate that.

I'm just going off what other info is within the issued prospectus.

Let's hope the company release an RNS to either confirm or otherwise.

If you go back to page 27 of the prospectus it states, 'The GS Money protocol, including four enterprise chains and four full nodes is planned to go live in January 2022.' That in itself would be 5 months or thereabouts.

Yes of course the API for GS Fintech Ltd may well come in before that. I actually think given the time frame etc it still needs to be confirmed by the company that the API application has already been submitted, IMHO.

I think maybe the missing time unit could well be months?

SETS bypasses traditional market makers, and so reduces the spread between the bid and offer prices. Some input from market makers will be needed to fill the occasional gaps when there isn’t a matched bargain available, but as that is rarer with larger companies, in general the larger the company the lower the spread.

The idea behind SETS is largely to minimise the the number of shares needed to be held by market makers using traditional systems in order to create a liquid market and guarantee that buyers and sellers can always find someone to buy from or sell to, and so reduce the risk faced by market makers, in turn reducing the costs needed to compensate for that risk.

I have thought long and hard as to why the SP has not reacted more positively as of late, with the fabulous updates that we have had over at least the last 2 Newrcest updates.

My musings are simply as follows:

1. We are in the Orphan phase, and most probably at the bottom of theOrphan curve right now?
2. Institutional investors will simply sit this stage out, until such time, that either , we find another Haveiron type asset on one of our own 100% assets, or the initial Havieron MRE resource of which we own 30% is substantially upgraded , and all of which in reality is looking very likely to be the case hopefully by year end.
3. The other aspect as of now, that I have given some thought to, is the progress of the decline, ie getting to the top of the Ore Body.

Progress for now seems to be marginal does it not?

Once the decline progress is seen as progressing much faster, then I think we will see a corresponding increase in the SP.

Why? because the sooner we reach the head of the ore body the sooner we start to mine.

My advice would be to read the 'Prospectus' on the GST website, just skimmed through it tonight, going to go through it again an again.

Overall, I think we have a company that is well managed and directors whom have plenty of skin in the game, together with prior experience of what GST are trying to achieve in the world of Blockchain. Try and put aside the fall yesterday and look at the big picture because in theory at least the opportunities to make real money are there. If the directors are confident of gaining the API licence and breaking into the 'Neo Banking/Financial market/challenger market' then I can wait.

Maybe and its just a maybe we do have another 4-5 months before the API licence is granted, who knows?

The Company has set up two new wholly owned subsidiaries, GS Fintech Ltd (“GSF UK”) in the UK and GS Fintech Pte Ltd (“GSF Singapore”) in Singapore to develop this strategy.

GSF UK is currently in the process of seeking to obtain an Authorised Payment Institution ("API") licence from the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK (“FCA”) and expects that process to conclude within the next four to five ???.

The API licence is key to the Group’s strategy and the Board is confident that it will be able to meet the appropriate regulatory requirements. When the 20m shares on loan, just a mere prick in the Ocean starts to diminish, then you will see a northwards move. Bottom line however is the 20m on loan/shorted which is SFA in reality in the overall scheme of things.

Not worried in the slightest, 20m represents a mere 1.43% of total shares outstanding.
