OK, I will spell it out. NCM or a much larger Predator for a 100% ownership, thats whats in the back of my mind, and ergo in order to achieve that requires an attack on the SP in order to get it lower?

Joe, Re: Jiffy, good question, it would appear to be well funded and well organised, why I don't know, price has been low enough for long enough for institutions to get their fill.

Institutions only own a small percentage as of now, whilst they are not currently in the majority of owners, it leaves an open vacuum of opportunity for predators, (All of course IMHO, just my thoughts as of now)

The Gap needs to be filled, and it will I reckon after the next set of NCM results, but we are still currently vunerable IMHO.

Bottom line, just forget my musings, hold on to your shares as I am doing and come back in a year. :O)

1, Why is this share being shorted, and yes it is a very, very small percentage of total issued shares.
2. Who would benefit from a lower SP given what we now know about Havieron and the yet to be announced many outstanding drill results?

Ok, this is my own personal view on the completion aspect re the 31st October dateline.

Given that the company has already and explicitly announced a date of the 31st October, then I am expecting at the very least an update/announcement, either or before or the 31st October, even if it is a simple conclusion of the DD exercise and requisite RNS , so that task DD exercise then becomes ticked off.

So, as far as the FCA approval is concerned, yes we may have to wait beyond the 31st, who knows?.

Having said that, I also think that our directors are reasonably confident of API approval, otherwise why would they abandon their original own API application process in the first place?

GLA.......... let's hope we hear soon on the approval of the Angra buyout ,and more importantly a transfer to GST of the API licence... which would happen by default anyway given that we are buying the company.

Cannot see a reason for it to fail, IMHO.

As a current non shareholder, I watched the LSE presentation with a view to learning what th company was all about etc.
In theory, the concept and business model sounds fine, and the fact that no need for an immediate cash raise etc.

My initial feeling though was that whilst the model sounds very interesting the presentation itself was somewhat very rushed through and I didn't come away with the feeling yes I'll invest. So for now POLB wil be on my watchlist :O)

How many other non holder/newbies felt the same?

Once we get the API and FCA approval all being well, it would be really good to have an investor meet, ie say via https://presentations.investormeetcompany.com with Jack and Shayne.

Makes it so much more interesting to be able to converse with GST directors etc. I do hope that this will be possible in the near future.

Something to think upon, and perhaps let our Investor Relations know about and request this.

No better way IMHO for a company to get it's message across to shareholders so that we can establish a 2 way communication and ask relevant questions etc at the same time.

True, just bought some more , 70,000 at 2.66p, the Offer was 2.80, Bid 2.60, will now print as a sell.

Now why is that, why show offer at 2.80 and I get them at less than the mid price ?

Ans, maybe it's because the placees are still selling ?
