I would be interested to know what your thoughts are on the many, many cancelled Sales trades that we have seen on LSE, and many of them have been 1 million plus orders.

What might the rationale be behind such trade,s given that known /historic acts of manipulation have often used such tactics?

Sit on your hands unless you need to urgently trade, just my opinion, thats what I'm doing for now, as no one has the answer at the present time as to when further new developments /news will be announced.

I'm with II, so long as their membership and dealing prices are not increased and become higher than AJ Bell and HL etc, I don't care.

First of all signed the petition.

Secondly, I think the whole concept of shorting etc and what it actually means to Jo Public et al, is by and large an unknown quantity and as such should be aired more in the press etc.

I am thinking for example of the potential detrimental effect upon pension funds, and yes I concede that some funds will lend their stocks out to earn a bob or two but for whose benefit?

The real concern I have is that the average Jo Public will not have a clue whether their own pension fund is partaking in such activities. I think it's high time that Jo Public was made aware of such activities, an ideal topic for a media led intervention etc. Panorama springs to mind.

What do you reckon Hydro ? time for education of the manipulated masses?

Just to add, obviously not a British institution as would have to report to FCA. Also do not think it is group of HNWI's as some have stated IMO. :O)

Why not? shorter sells at 17p in morning and buys back after close below opening price, hardly worth it I know given 16.76p , but still makes a profit.

Next day repeats process, aided of course by frightened PI's selling, so increasing volume of sales with a fall in price .

So net result SP is slowly eroded day by day as we have seen, thats what I was thinking.

Lets hope I'm wrong though re todays after close trades and this time it is an institution starting to buy ironically aided of course by shorter actions. ( or are they one and the same?)

If this is the case then maybe thats why the shorter/s are having to replendish borrowed stock ?? as we have seen lately on Ortex.

So they’ll be selling them all or attempt to tommorow, ie our shorting contingent . Or an institution is building a stake?

MM: I wonder if our guys are involved in any way in terms of contributing views and experience to aid the current BoE though process?

I reckon we will have employed a specialist agency to do that for us, ie experts whom know what the FCA would require etc to aid the process etc, but the stablecoin consultation review will be industry wide etc I would have thought.

The last time I contacted Inv Relations when we were applying to the FCA ourselves (now shelved as buying Angra ) I asked if we were using outside experts and was told yes. Makes sense to me as cannot see GST having their own inside FCA and regulatory experts IMHO.

The way I see it is...Stablecoin Tick > FCA Tick and off we go.
