If you believe as I do, that that people like Timeserved have a wanton agenda to disrupt, and throw up falsehoods (Eg , No Trader has clearly proved the case re GH etc) then the choice is yours.....just report them and hopefully the Mods will remove real disrutptors by the morning, simply because they deserve to be removed.

Bottom line, no big deal. Just taken a look at the GST Website, a very much improved website I might say, and yes it was urgently required.

Matters are clearly moving forwards now, so just hang in there would be my advice, all of course IMHO.

1.The resolution to issue more shares is pretty bog standard, take a look through as many AGM's from as many shares as you care to do so, and you will also find that, all that is being asked of you, is for you and I, that and all shareholders are asked to vote on the that resolution, and give their permission etc.In other words you are being asked to give our direectors the AUTHORITY to do so, should the need arise!.

This is my true analysis re the 'Authority to issue UP TO ....700m shares'

2. At the end of the day, what this is all about IMHO is simply, SHOULD AN OPPORTUNITY ARISE... that our BOD's should they require additional funding and we all ready know that once a prospectus is published and issued re WiseMpay, we will be issuing a further 100m shares in order to finance MWisePay's involvment. Now that involvement, will only surely take place once we have secured the necessary API licence from the FCA and not before?
3. All future issues IMHO beyond the 100m WiseMPay payment, will be on a AS AND WHEN REQUIRED basis.
4. I am therefore, not expecting a sudden all in one 700m issue, are you and if so why?

With Bitcoin there will only ever be 21million BTC's, as for the rest and there are hundreds of them God knows. BTC is a pyramid scheme, you can't actually buy anything with it at the moment. Imagine for a second I agree to sell you a car in exchange for BTC but the very next day BTC crashes. China has banned it and more countries will follow because BTC is NOT a store of value unlike Gold despite what some Crypto enthusiasts state. They are all simply buying and selling BTC to one another, hence the pyramid scam model. The last man standing will be holding the baby when all have realised it's futility and moved into safer assets, IMHO.

Bottom line, MM's like to play with your head :O), just ignore the gyrations, you invest for a reason in that you believe your investment will be worth so much more over time?

That's the way I'm looking at GST right now, I reckon in 12 months time at the very least GST will be a serious player both in the UK and Asia, so just sit on your hands.
