I think this was alluded to in todays presentation, IMHO.

Will more shares have to be issued ? not necssarily so IMO.

Hopefully,please God, :O), PaddyGall's alternative suggestion re potential Royalties agreements etc.... will totally remove any future financing uncertainties.

Answer this...Do you fully expect NCM to take up the 5% ,$60m offer? like most folk on here do.

But... Have you also thought about the consquences to GGP re funding etc.. if they don't?

At the end of the day nothing is so quite straightforward as one might hopefully imagine.

All I care about for now, is that we become fully financed to meet our commitments, and I also think and believe like many on this BB, NCM have been downplaying ie not trumpeting Havieron.

Why do I think that? well simply because SD was lets just say pushed into issuing a revised MRE?

The way I see it right now it’s all about cash and timing.
For GGP: The cut off point for NCM to purchase our 5% is the 01st September I think ,and then we move forwards getting our own finance sorted when taken up.

If for some reason however NCM do not follow through on taking up the offer… you then have to ask yourself why would that be?

Re Telfer extract Re: Dips Notes
Well today in the D&D’s event Fraser McCorquodale, general manager of exploration from Newcrest Mining, let it be known that they are going back into Telfer ground to look again.

“So, applying the Havieron model is actually opening up the Paterson again. And it's something we're applying on the interior ground and the Greatland Joint Ventures as well as our own 100% ground.?So we're actually going back into our Telfer ground and are looking at that right now.??So that's our story and now in our existing provinces.”

What will GGP do if NCM do not purchase the 5%, we will have a slightly larger Capex exposure but would retain a 30% share.

All well and good but we need to secure our finance ASAP IMHO.

It won't be long after that they NCM ,take up the 5% and that their song suddenly changes IMHO, inorder to appease NCM shareholders re potential dividends.???

IMHO, I would have thought not. We have already had a RNS on the 14th July, with amended acquisition terms for Tranche 2 etc.

More importantly : The 138,981,150 fully paid ordinary shares, introduces a two-year trading restriction not previously contemplated in the transaction and removes the contingent triggers for the share issuance. The 138,981,150 Greatland shares will now be issued by 29 July 2022.

Further, Peter Davis, from Five Diggers commented: "We have been thoroughly impressed with the rapid progress and growth of Havieron since acquisition by Greatland and we are pleased to become a shareholder in Greatland. Our intent is to be a long-term shareholder in Greatland and participate in its value creation as the full potential of Havieron and its exploration holdings are revealed."

Re' paper shares being phased out' , will be interesting to see if that does occur, and how they deal with registered not beneficial ownership and your name on the company share register etc. To me it's very important when it comes to issues like T/O's etc.

All I can discern at the moment is the active campaign currently being run by Sharsoc.

There is a solution to all of this IMHO .
Get your holding converted into a good old fashioned paper share certificate with your name on the certificate. You should then be shown on the companies share register and will be informed accordingly whenever your vote might be requested, etc.

Anyway, as you say, what effect will this all have on NCM's dividend policy?. A good question, that in my mind raises further questions. :O)

Will NCM reduce their dividend in order to stump up $60m dollars to GGP for our 5%?

I also note, that NCM have also been shorted over the last 12 months, some 4% of issued shares as in March 22, but now is currently down to a quarter of one percent.

There is a 3-5 day Lag on reported Shares on Loan via Ortex.

Today's reported figure was circa 79.3m apparently, so looks like Shorters are now getting desperate IMHO.
