2. What research have you done, what makes you interested in GST given the number of your posts on this BB?
3. Finally, have you read the companies Prospectus?

My understanding is that we are looking at a 'Cross Listing' as opposed to say a Dual Listing?

Cross listing is the basic need of many companies. Companies need cross listing for:
• Counting the shares
• Accounting policies
• Preparing the financial reports
• To increase the revenue of the company
• To remove the problems which arise due to variation between time zones of different countries
• To remove the problems of currency of different countries.
• Cross listing helps in increasing the liquidity of the company.

All I would say is , Are we now moving forwards to a goal of securing the final portion of debt financing for our share in building the Havieron mine?

If so all well and good.

That's all that matters right now irrespective of the curent SP, IMHO you have to look long not short term.

Maybe, re assess the situation come December ?

I actually sent an e-mail to GST,on the 23rd Aug ,not to investor relations this time, but to GST directly.

ie Dear GST,

Can you please update your shareholders on the status of the acquisition of the Lithuanian Crypto Exchange licence, we have not been informed as to progress on this matter since January , nor why it is taking so long.

How much longer are you anticipating this application might take?

You never know over the coming days and weeks the shorters my just carry on as normal (Because they are Greedy or have another, as yet unknown agenda) and so we may be able to buy lower?

It's all just hypothetical right now imo.

Looking at the overall long term picture, I like yourself am not about to capitulate anytime soon, I am, all being well ...in here until we start to mine. That IMO will be a major turning point in the price of our share. Other catalysts will also add IMO to the SP such as progress of the decline, the Feasibilty study due to come out in the last quarter of this year, plus a revised MRE.

So for me there is absolutely no reason at this juncture to sell a single share.

I also think that despite all that's taken place today Shaun Day and his team are moving in the right direction be it 2 steps back and 1 step forward in terms of the SP. The most crucial aspect of all that is going on right now is Debt Finance and I actually think that SD will eventually achieve that some way or another.

In short No, you as a PI, will only be able to buy on the market and are excluded from the placing as all are II's..

Depends on what we have actually drawn down, so could well be far lower.

Funding for Havieron...could well be a combination of :

1.Royalty Payments , ie sell 1-2% of our 30% ownership after the issue of the anticipated December MRE update for indicated/probable/resources of /Au/Cu reserves and a final BFS?
2. A Placing/Rights issue ?, hopefully much reduced after 1 above is known?.

Then and only then, pay off NCM the $50m loan in full early next year?

Finally, the gap is followed by Bank Debt for whatever might be required to fill the estimated CAPEX gap, plus a level of contingency for unkown unkowns?

Just my thoughts, all IMHO.
