Thee are lots and lots of connotations to that question IMO, infact I did pose such a question sometime back now that NCM might well indeed not take up their 5%, and that is what happened. Its all water under the bridge now ,so not really worth dwelling upon too much.

My thoughts although not expressed as such at the time on here were:

1. They NCM, were counting on GGP not getting finance for our share and were waiting in the wings to squeeze us somewhat, that didn't happen thank God, so in the end we now move our chess pieces onwards.
2. The worst case scenario: I thought of of was, NCM for whatever reason decide not go ahead with Havieron? So the ultimate conclusion is we GGP.... will have first Dibs on taking over their 70% share?

Now, that would be a big ask, but could we afford to buy Telfer and fund it's running /personnel/costs etc? Maybe that would be something resolution clauses 3-5 would be invoked for? If so I would agree to it.

It's all extremely hypothetical for now, but it still retains the question of why NCM turned the 5% down etc :O)

I am off the opinion ,that SB has been well and truly out manoevered by SD :O)

I have not done and would not argue your point on 14 days for a meeting. Yet there is an unexplained reason for that renewable authority, I trust, literally, in the best interests of shareholders. Not quite as such you may think, SD is doing a great job.... but... I want to an upfront decleration as to why GGP shareholders would be required to authorise and issue a further 1.658Bn shares in advance of any understanding of what the proceeds would be used for,???

It's as simple as that ,and it it only takes 14 days to organise a GM to vote on, its not that difficult really is it?.

Understand your post and rationale etc, however does it not concern you as a shareholder, as it does for myself, of a potential impending, lets just say gross dilution...and therefore it's effect on the SP, and therefore it's effect on ones value of holdings in GGP etc should such a scenario occur, unless it is as I have expressed for an acquistion of a revenue generating asset?

We have now reached a point IMO, where the number of shares in issue could well rise to 7.0 Bn?

That is what concerns me.

2. Agree with resolutions 1 to 2 re funding ,no problem in my book.
3. It only takes 14 days to call a general meeting, so therefore any requirement to raise UP TO a further 1.658Bn shares over and above the current required 30% funding requirement could well be put to GGP shareholders beforehand for approval, that's the way I am looking at this ,rather than giving away an upfront Carte Blanche approval etc.
4. For me, the issue of UP TO a further 1.658BN shares would only have to be for the acquisition of another already or near term revenue generating asset.

It would most certainly not be to acquire another exploration asset since at this point in time ,we have more than enough licences right now on the books.

So, whilst it may look like an appealing asset as an explorer etc...GGP have more than enough assets to contend with?

So in conclusion, I as a GGP shareholder do want to issue another 1.65Bn shares at this point in time for companies like ***** etc, until we have some real cash coming in from Havieron.

One has to draw a line in the sand, IMHO.

Bottom line for me personally, I will be voting for 1 & 2, but will not be supporting 3,4, and 5 unless I as a GGP shareholder am informed beforehand of why they might wish to acquire/pursue any asset or M/A proposal that would require up to a further 1.658 Bn shares being issued on top of our 30% funding commitment raising, as stated in the RNS of the 12th Sept.

There is a limit to dilution, and I think we have already reached it, lets walk before we can run, use the revenues from Havieron and then move forward. All IMHO.

Instead of talking your own trading book, ie the SP is going to be 10p by Crimbo etc , or this or that Price prediction....how about you offer up something that is actually useful and interesting to other GST investors FFS!!
