A Cross Listing (Does not require a new increase in issued shares) not a Dual listing is the plan, with no plans therefore for further dilution, (as already previously discussed by Dip) see the latest LSE website interview with SD. my comments in brackets.

As to consolidation?, I think that's way way down the road yet IMHO.

Risehall1, I agree with your overall analysis. I actually think that SB has now met his match in SD and will now realise that that any game playing conundrums have been kicked into the long grass, Telfer and it's survival is now the main point of concentration IMHO, against a backdrop of NCM shareholders wanting a new source of cash generation in order to fund dividends revenue. That would be my take if I were SB.Lets move forwards ASAP and get the mine built and generate cash.

Havieron is not a Greenfield project , it's a Brownfield development ,with most of the infrastructure already in place and is eagerly awaiting gold and copper ore from Havieron, so ergo very much largely de-risked.

I think I can see now what you/JPM are really betting on. That the DTM is not going ahead ? GGP will not obtain finance?, all doom and gloom rubbish. Yes there's always a risk but it has to make sense and have a rationale.

Why would NCM back down at this juncture?, that's not going to happen IMHO. How on earth would SB explain that to NCM shareholders? So sorry peeps, NCM must now close Telfer and scrap the plant???

Absolutely bonkers, makes no sense, given the URGENT NEED to bring more cash into NCM coffers to assuage NCM shareholders for a much improved dividend. SB would soon be out of a job,IMHO.

The fact is GGP are already half way towards being a co 30% owner of Havieron, after the recent equity raise.

To date, the Company has received several credit approved term sheets from banks and discussions are ongoing. The Company will continue to update the market on progress as appropriate.

I actually doubt that you have not really been following the GGP story in any detail, because you seem to me, to show a lack of knowledge of what has already been declared /achieved/discussed by SD/GGP over the past 12months ,Re 'The Transition Phase'

Need to get to speed, and IMHO ignore the current SP
I will not be selling any of my shares, despite the fact of a current paper loss ,because I don't need the money right now and truly believe that GGP will be going mining and eventually be cash positive. So no ,JPM nor your ilk are NOT getting any of my shares:O)
