Correction. Vision Operating Company. Smith #1 on 23 October 18.

Guys. Shaleexperts.com show vos#1 as flowing at 18600mcf/d or 3,207boe/d. Registered completion on 23 Nov 18. Is this likely a decimal typo as it appears 10 times the RNS rate of 2mmcf/d? Just surfin for info. Dyor. Apologies if it is not our data. J

Interested in peoples opinion on special dividend mentioned often. If paid it is taxed at my full rate. Is it not better left in the share price and PIs who choose to can sell a small portion of shares instead. Selling shares incurs tax at only half my income tax rate. In Oz. Jiff

I expect arbitration to take some time and that we will drill the 1st successful well during this period. After which GSPC will agree terms to progress further wells. imo.

Arbitration can take 12-24 months easily

Whilst in arbitration GSPC are required to meet ongoing costs. As operator Oilex can progress drills during arbitration - GSPC must pay 55% of costs! Or court order is breached. As I interpret this quarrel. IMO.
If Oilex accelerate work GSPC should have to pay 55%.
As I believe Blu clearly stated. Spike?? Simple

Cause list for Court lists oilex as 10th case under Judge Supehia today. Likely they get the extension to be seen by original Judge after break. IMO only. Case on 26th is a different one as Wildfire noted. GLA. Win, win for us soon.

Some of my reasons for topping up at present SP.
From RNS on 24th August 2018
- New hire, Chief amongst Prof. Dr. Van Oort's many areas of recognised expertise is his work on well construction and well performance optimisation
- Completion of the gathering line connecting VOS#1 with first production targeted for mid October 2018. Anticipated cash flow from gas sales from VOS#1 alone should more than cover Pantheon's annual overheads.
- Negotiations with the Estate of Bobby Gray, following his passing in June 2018, are at an advanced stage as Pantheon seeks to increase its working interest in the project to 100%
- In discussions with a view to concluding a farm-out of the Company's Polk and Tyler County assets. Technical due diligence is presently under way with one party having progressed to a discussion of commercial considerations
ALSO, there have been some decent large buys of late, maybe some people in the know? I expect a positive RNS within the next week. IMO and GLA

Hey Kev. Sorry you feel this way. What % profit are you looking for? In 8 years there have been 2 opportunities for major gains. IMO. Sept.2014 and Feb 2017. I missed the 1st as had a little bit going on 😉. The 2nd I chose to wait for the upcoming rerate. Not in SHAG as I expect profit coming shortly. Again IMO. HH and Ruvuma are due. LTH 1st time poster. Hi all best of luck here. The last RNS mentioned considering Pre emption rights? Often a 30 day period to match farm in fee yourself. Could we have a major partner lined up? Now values are known Solo may have 1st option for same deal. Please discuss if this has any merit. Midnight here so will review tomorrow. May even post again. J
