I messaged Tim in the New Year regards a different share. Frontera was mentioned in my mail but not pushed. He replied and commented on the other share only. So Flagstaff is still active. GLA

He seemed pretty confident, 'due diligence completed & legal procedures undertaken'. I expect them to list as stated. It may take some months before drilling happens but hopefully once listed a drill plan will be issued. ASX are quite strict so better updates than AIM. Interested to see what price and no. of shares etc. Would Solo invest more? We have a man on the BoD with insider knowledge of the expectations. GLA

Looed. That is the correct document. It does mention no exploration reports have yet been received, but was published in 2020 so we still have time to meet investment deal. Once other issues are sorted.

Coggy. I read a ducument for Moldova gas development printed on Jan 3rd 2020 and Frontera are mentioned several times as the investment company to develop it with government receiving a split. I can reference later if need be but at soccer for next few hours.

Hey Kempey. GGP should recover your losses in FRR for now but do not write off those losses. IMO FRR will bring us greater profits on their relisting, which is only a matter of time. I have faith both companies are gonna have a great 2020.

Link below, on mobile earlier this morning. Similar content, states Frontera turned down an offer at some point. Hopefully a sign that an agreement will be reached between the parties. somewhere between the offer and what Frontera are looking for. which is a positive for me. GLA

I wonder if Scirocco Energy will relist on the Main market instead of AIM under the new arrangement? Would it be straight forward to move from AIM to FTSE listing on return?

For info. Maybe old news.
Dentons law firm, Tbilisi office list Frontera Eastern Georgia as a client. Zurab Kiliptari lists them as advising over an administrative and property dispute. Office opened in 2017. Could be linked to the arbitration dispute. Dentons also advertise in Amcham.ge magazine.

At current share price surely not dilution? Would a loan or similar be included under Capital Raising? Tax credits due back soon and less than 12 months to Charlie 1 results to boost SP.
