· Total funding package of up to US$12.6m at a subscription price of 9 pence per share (the "Issue Price") comprises:
o An initial investment in two stages of up to US$3.1m by VBR, a company led by Sir Mick Davis, and the Co-Investors including Tony Trahar, former CEO of Anglo American plc (the "Initial Investment")
o Further investment rights granted to VBR of up to US$9.5m at the Issue Price (the "Further Investment Rights")
· Transaction structure provides a pathway to VBR to acquire 21.29% of FAR for U$11.5m of the total funding package
From this it has been pre-agreed at 9p. Future funds after the 12.6M GBP will be at higher prices.

Moldova have elected a pro West Gov so hopefully now the CIA/FRR can begin work there before seeking arbitration and moving on again.

Are they not both BoD for Sefton Resources? Or they were when shareholders got wiped out. 0.007p per share or similar??
Dan Levi is CEO on the Sefton home page and Cali Joe used to list 'Director at Sefton Resources' on his Twitter page, although not currently.

Agreed on a change here. 30 mins ago LSE listed them in the top info banner as 'currently suspended at price of 0.38p' which I had not seen before. Now it has returned back to stating 'There is currently no data for COPL' as it has for weeks.

Expecting an update today. ADX released an 18 month extension at Parta for 3d survey. A company ops update on WN, Parta and Cali would hopefully be good reading and good for the SP.

Just a heads up for an ASX listed company VR8. Invested in both, but feel they are similar to FAR but 6-12 month behind with PFS imminent. BoD invested, informed they would consider Aquis exchange after PFS. I found FAR at 9p after suggestion by others, simply doing the same. DYOR of course. Long term holder here.

Cyber. What input would Kaz Gov. have on VB becoming a major shareholder in a UK listed parent company? Or Mick becoming Chairman? It is not a JV as far as I was aware. Does the company structure not remain the same under the agreement?

RNS in Oz for successful test works. Only ran 4 trials from 6 as results were stable. Cost savings identified during trial. Hopefully the start of the news flow.

Shalexp.com has updated production for California to Nov 2020. Previously May. Circa 110 barrels a day. 3500 barrels in Nov. Plus some gas.
