HFB with regards the TR1, it looked unusual as the 7% to 8% increase was for the same no. of voting rights? Could it be the result of options or warrants expiring recently? I hold there too and recent news is looking promising.

$14.4M I think, plus our hedged amount should be similar. So $30M per year roughly. PE of 10 would give us a valuation around $300M. Certainly a good upside and little to know downside from here.

I think Severoceské Doly own 51% of Geomet, a Czech mining company owned 100% by CEZ. I assume they will be able to mine whatever the DFS designates as the relevant process. Looks good to me. Needed the money now. Loan for only 10 months, but more importantly the warrants valid for only 10 months too! At double the current share price. Non convertible loan and only 5% interest. Reads like the lenders are confident they will be able to convert warrants within the 10 months, so also confident SP will be higher. Also bringing extra cash into the kitty at a fair price.

Interest at $500k per month sounds about right for 6%pa, I expect 7-8% myself but of course capital repayments would also be required. Not sure what the pay down terms would be but a new field with 40 years life ahead of it raises no concerns for me. Of course Frontera Resources was also my last big sure thing.

Could NCM put Hav waste rock into the Telfer mining area? Other miners are proposing to back fill the waste rock, I assume as an ESG positive.

Jersey, I believe the 5% valuation is to be taken from the fixed December date of the NCM request for the deal. This appears also to be why they did not update the MRE and GGP had to release their own which will show better progress than the outdated MRE NCM wanted to use.
