I do not believe HOPE will allow this to reach a JURY trial. IMO his actions would not be reflected well to a jury of the people, even if he is acting within the law, they may perceive his actions to be unjust and a breach of his director duties. Is there not history of this occurring with a previous company? With enough evidence from discovery, I feel he will agree an out of court settlement. But will Zaza?

Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava has responded to the open letter of Frontera, saying that Frontera has lost the arbitration dispute and must fulfil its obligations.

She also called on the company to disclose the decision of the arbitration, which will shed light on who is right in this dispute. The parties have no right to make the decision public without the mutual consent. Georgian state-owned corporations say they will announce the decision if Frontera agrees while Frontera does not make comments.
Our answer is very simple. We always respond to such statements from the company Frontera with meeting the international norms... if you want to get more information and find out the truth let's all together call on Frontera to make the decision of the international arbitration public", said Turnava.

With C19 rife in Italy and spreading daily I expect it is a massive effort just to man their Italian assets, and costly. Deals in progress will likely be delayed for months, hopefully AAOG completes but focus for all is shifted. Govs, courts, etc have other priorities. Hold IMO but think it is gonna take 12 month to get through the C19 aftermath. Stay safe.

Several dozens of people gathered at the company's office in Dedoplistskaro, and do not pass trucks carrying oil.
Frontera probably already sold this oil, and another company wants to take it out. We are against this and act within the law. We demand to pay salary arrears for 11 months, ”the protesters said.
Drivers whom protesters do not miss said they were hired by Boca and arrived to transport oil, but have been waiting for loading for more than two hours.
In this situation, the protesters accuse the director of the company Zaza Mamulaishvili and demand his dismissal. They also demand that the Ministry of Economy immediately connect to the issue of paying them debts.
“We barely breathe, our economic situation is so difficult. We have bank debts, our houses are being sold. And now they are claiming that the company has incurred losses due to our strikes and are threatening to deduct the amount of damage from our salaries, ”the protesters said.
Recently, former Frontera employees held a protest in Tbilisi. The protesters had two basic requirements - that they were paid wage arrears and reinstated in their previous positions.
