Dick and Percy, really! Am I the only one childish enough to find this amusing? Well, you gotta laugh while we wait

I have to say that from initial frustration and indeed anger yesterday, having taken the “no more fake news” as lies, I have now had time to reflect and read over again the report on the AFC website. Although, like everyone, I would like to be further ahead by now, I have to say the progress that has been made and the optimism portrayed in the report for the remainder of 2018 and the prospects for 2019 have returned my positivity and reminds me why I am invested here. Yes, we have to wait longer and yes it’s very frustrating but when this technology eventually gets to market it really could be groundbreaking and very rewarding for everyone involved.

Ok, fair comment. I have now skimmed over the report on the website and yes the future still looks good and at least 2018 was referenced several times for things to start happening. Perhaps I may have initially over reacted but to actually hear that we have been lied to doesn’t sit well at all. However, deep breath and go back to waiting I suppose.

That’s all fair enough and perhaps at some point we may well get a reasonable return on our investments but I just feel cheated right now, even conned out of money by nothing less than down right lies. I go back to when I was slated on this very board for daring to suggest we were not being told the truth, we’ll here it is now, straight from the horses mouth we have been lied to. Sorry for ranting mate but I am furious. I brought my children (now young adults) up to always tell the truth and instilled in them that lying is a disgusting quality and now I find the company I have tried to trust and invested heavily in are total liars. I am sick to the pit of my stomach and Bond should be out the door immediately, the man is not fit to run a company if he is incapable of telling the truth.

Mucksy, you took the words right out of my mouth! “FAKE NEWS” know in the old days as LIES!!! So finally we are told that we have been lied to over the last 3 years, bogus contracts, imaginary time scales and products that don’t exist (aka hard nut to crack) What’s seeping out of the AGM on the surface of it seems to be what we (well at least I) suspected almost 2 years ago, that we are being constantly lied to. So why is Bond still in his job and not struck off or even in prison for fraud? I have been waiting patiently for the great news flow and to be told by someone at the top of the company we have been lied to, I am furious! This is peoples money that has been gained through lying and cheating. It’s disgusting!! LIVID!!!

Echoes If DeNora work WITH AFC and don’t do a sneaky takeover they could be the perfect fit for us. I view it a bit like AFC are the car builders, but a car won’t run without tyres and I see DeNora as the tyres making the car go a lot better. But until we hear exactly what is happening it’s all speculation but surely we won’t have to wait much longer now and we will find out how accurate our speculating has been.

Hope so because it’s starting to look like DeNora are tying up a lot of deals with no mention of AFC! I’m trying not to panic but will be much happier when we get some clarification of EXACTLY what the relationship is between AFC and DeNora. Hopefully this will be clarified at the AGM next week and be favourable towards AFC shareholders

If we are going to get any news updates before the AGM hopefully it will come next week. This is still Easter holidays so can’t see anything much happening this week.

This looks great. Hopefully the questions are answered honestly and are what we want to hear. There certainly seems to be a lot more optimism around now and hopefully this is justified

One simple question, which we all want the answer to. When will we start to see sales? ie deposits and financial return from AFC products. Not MOU with feasibility study to determine what can be done eventually, but hard solid sales with immediate effect. When?

I really don’t see what all the fuss is about. There was so much positive information in the report that the future looks better than it ever has to me. I feel every word or heading is being a bit micro analysed and yes, if it’s another year behind then that’s not good but surely this is where we want to be sales growth and product improvement through 2018/19. It doesn’t say just 2019 it says 2018/19 so with the fact that testing in Germany doesn’t commence until next week we have always been looking at late 18 early 19 for major projects to be yielding results. Having said that, I’d be delighted to see some smaller projects taking off over the rest of 2018 and I’m sure they will, PHE, Dunsfold for example we are just awaiting news on, so lots to get excited about. So let’s all take a big deep breath and see how planning goes this week and hopefully get some more good news before the AGM in a few weeks, where hopefully things will become a lot clearer and any ambiguity can be cleared up. AFC with the help of DeNora have come a long way in the last year or two and I have to say I’m still very positive about the future but also wish it would happen a bit sooner.

As someone who has been very disillusioned by AFC over the past year or so and very critical of AB I have to say this RNS is the most upbeat, positive thing I have read for a long time. Admittedly I just skimmed through about half of it, as I have things to do but it looks so positive and pretty much says “full speed ahead” to me so why the price drop and negative comments? What have I missed?

I’ve been a bit pre occupied recently and not keeping up with the result that I missed the 3 videos last week but I will certainly make an effort to see them as soon as possible. It’s interesting about the roll out of the units and seems strange that they would take so long to roll them all out. Personally I could see it all happening a lot sooner once the first few are done, thinking along the lines of a far more efficient conveyor system and possibly even run by or taken over by people who are looking for things to happen much faster than 10 years. I suppose patience is order of the day for now though. Thank you again Telephoneman for your detailed and informative reply.

Thank you Telephone man. Just to clarify if all your saying comes to fruition is that £2.00 you rekon this could get to? If so wow!!! Just one other question is if that’s over 10 years, where would you see the sp in 3 years. Just an opinion would be great and thank you again for the detailed response

I stuck a few quid into this share last year when their was a fair bit of hype around and KA was putting out regular very upbeat videos. The comment that struck me most was the “we’re at the bottom of the J curve” I am invested at pretty much 1p and since then have seen it half! This has been very disconcerting and I have to say I was beginning to think KA was full of hot air. However, after a very encouraging week this week my faith is being rekindled so my question to anyone bold enough to make a prediction is this.......Where can this really go? I mean what are people expectations for the share price? Are we talking 1p, 10p 50p, £1.00????? And if so what sort of time scale do we think realistically and optimistically we could be looking at? I’d be very interested to hear people views on this because I have no idea!

Hey, Idiot! (Good name for you) You won’t fool anyone one here with your rubbish, you stick out a mile. The long term holders here know each other and along the way we have had some fall outs and disagreements but we are all genuine and want AFC to succeed. To come on here now and claim to be a long term holder does indeed make you look like a complete idiot
