Oooooh it’s starting to get exciting.

I told myself to keep calm and not keep checking until October but the fact that ICE MAX is on the move is very very exciting.

We could be barking up the wrong tree but it doesn’t feel that way. This really, after many many years of “Perseverance” be the real deal.

Everything crossed and now waiting and watching with baited breath

It feels like we’re in limbo at the moment!

The SP is doing absolutely nothing, news is non existent and the recent contract announcement had as much information as a North Korean public services announcement.

I, probably like everyone else who has shares in AFC am just living in the hope that a lot of work is being done behind the scenes.

2021 seems to be the year for major movement of production and that’s fair enough but it would be much more encouraging if we had a lot more meat on the bones in the form of more contracts with some financial information included and some updates on production.

Come on AFC this is very tedious, if you have big things going on, share some of it with us shareholders

So if the drill ship takes almost 3 weeks to travel from Gibraltar to Bahamas and news does drop as early as Tuesday that it's on its way (Just assuming) it could be in situ by the third week of September.

Personally I don't see that happening and can see it departing Gibraltar nearer third week of November to arrive in time for mid December drill.

News of course, of the departure time, could drop as early as next Tuesday and that would be massive news as the reality that this really is going to happen will motivate everyone, add massive investor confidence and should reflect very favourably on the share price as the ship gets closer and momentum and excitement grows pre spud.

I've found this last couple of weeks pretty grim, but it was always going to happen after the merger news that the sp would drop but now this is all done, and barring any disasters, Full speed ahead, from next week hopefully.

This is just my opinion and perhaps a bit of wishful thinking.

If BPC strike the black gold in Jan - March they will hold all the aces, so surely then, if not prior to then, a major oil company will offer either a farm in or takeover.

I don’t think the 2025 line is aimed at shareholders, I think it’s aimed at the majors and is saying “ok, it might take us longer but we can do it, so take it or leave it”

BPC never set out to be an oil producer, they set out to be an exploration company so in my opinion they are playing a very clever game.

With all due respect, what you can see, is as much as any of us can see.

So to say you can't see anything transformational is how you have to make your investment choices.

Personally, I can see (using the same system as you) transformational news, although the money they have raised, contacts they now have, recent RNS's that have been released I would like to think that a positive, optimistic future lies in store for AFC and patient shareholders, so my optimism I like to think is based on something a little more substantial that frustration.

Just to add to my previous post.

All that has happened is during to worst pandemic to hit in any of our lifetimes, many Countries around the World are no go areas and will be for some time to come.

I appreciate that other companies are taking orders but from where we were at the start of 2020 then throw Covid into the mix, I’d say we’re heading in the right direction

Seriously folks?

Up until a few months ago we sank to under 5p sp.

We have recently had major news regarding the Spannish tie up, the racing cars with a 200,000,000 Worldwide audience, raised over £30,000,000 overnight and now have an sp above 20p!

I get as frustrated as anyone else and check every morning for an RNS and get disappointed every morning when we don’t have one.

But seriously, more has been achieved by AFC in the last 6 months than in the last 6 years put together so, yes, frustrating as this can be at times, we’re in a good place and ready to take off as soon as the next bit of good news arrives.

Think of it like a wildlife photographer, you have to lay in wait for days, sometimes weeks at a time with nothing happening, then suddenly a herd of almost extinct elephants come out to play and all the waiting is forgotten and the fun begins.

So where do you see the sp in the following instances?

Mid December pre spud

Mid Feb/March on rumours

May with positive news?

So that’s 2 LinkedIn posts today giving AFC big heads up.

Why oh why are we at such a low sp? Ok, no money in from orders and past targets not met.

This really does feel like the real deal now though and I’m surprised we’re not sitting on a much higher share price on sentiment alone.

If one or two of these whispers turn into orders, I truly believe the sp will fly.

It’s such a mixture of excitement and frustration rolled into one.

I’m not on LinkedIn so never see anything but that is very interesting.

I vaguely remember something several years ago about a deal between AFC and John Lewis, it was considered huge at the time but as with many of these things it was never mentioned again.

So I’m now thinking perhaps it never died and was just put to sleep or maybe it’s just Adam’s buddy giving him a plug, who knows?

Maybe BB is best placed to remember more of the detail than I do or anyone else with a long memory?

I have woken up day after day for years now looking for the RNS that announces AFC have arrived.

Today is that day.

This is fantastic, we just need the market to see what we have all been waiting for and let the sp finally head north.

Have to admit I’m finding this very encouraging.

We have had many false starts but this really feels very different £30,000,000 is not chicken feed, institutional investors on board and the timing.

It will be very interesting to see what the market makes of this and the next few RNS’s could be hopefully what we’re all waiting for.

We were told RNS would only be released when something was worth saying and not a load of rubbish.

Not exact words but plenty on here know exactly what I'm talking about.

Maytal46 You have been a shareholder with AFC for 3 years so you will be aware that even AB's boss said in a previous RNS that AB had been lying to us. So what makes you think the garden is rosey now if people are producing FACTS to substantiate that more "bending of the truth" or if you prefer misleading comments have been spouted from the gob of AB. I've been a shareholder here for a lot longer than you and frankly have seen and heard all of it. I even allowed myself to be a bit excited recently with things like the roadshow and all the other recent news, but as the can has been kicked down to 2022 street, I still don't see any sales on the horizon.
That's not to say we won't see any soon, but please don't come on here with a patronising attitude and tell long term shareholders what we should and shouldn't think based on your opinion, this board is for everyone to voice an opinion whether you happen to agree with it or not.

I have tried to stay positive recently and “ride the wave” but until a proper, good to go order is announced it’s sadly just all hot air and bluster, something us LTH are accustomed too.

AB announces something 2 years down the line, tells us how great everything is, too many enquires to deal with, then nothing tangible just build up hopes the SP goes up, then as sure as night follows day it starts to go down again.

If this can gets kicked any further down the street, at some point the street will end.

The time is not 1 to 2 years away, the time to move is now, so come on AFC hurry up and convince customers and the markets that this is not all pie in the Sky
