Well, to be honest I feel totally deflated after the last couple of days.

I was expecting great news on the Denora warranty, 4 year longevity and hoped for updated on Southern and maybe even a contract announcement or two.

All I’m hearing is the usual, things are going well, the futures bright and this board is full of discussion about one poster who seems to single handedly highjacked this board. The share price is down almost 10% and no RNS from the days events.

I am a long term holder with AFC and am heavily invested but can’t help feeling very flat after this investors day.

It sounds like, still even longer to wait and the begging bowl will be passed round again pretty soon.

Maybe I’m just not seeing all the feedback but that’s difficult when informed posters are not posting and other news is lost in futile arguments and discussion about 1 poster who can simply be filtered as I have done.

Bumble B and myself haven’t always seen eye to eye but make no mistake, he is worth 100 of the new idiots that have decided to join this board and lower the tone by trying to cause disruption and confusion.

Bumble B has posted here for as long as I can remember and I’ve been here for a long time so if you fools want to come on here and cheat your way to small short term profits by knocking long term holders, you better keep following the board because if you take on one of us LTH you take on us all.

You say the share will take a few weeks to get down to 13p but will go up from investors day?

A “few” as far as I was led to believe is 3 or more.
Investors day is on 6th December (2 weeks today)

Moral of the story is you have been discredited and have made a total fool of yourself. Now run along and annoy someone else with your stupidity!

If you’d have said to me a few months ago the share price will GO DOWN to around the 20p mark I’d have bit your hand off.

This is dreamland at the moment compared to how it’s been for the last few years.

The share price is in a comfortable position, news is flowing on what feels like almost a daily basis, warranty and commercial sales could be announced at any time.

What’s not to like? A little bit of fluctuation in the share price? No big deal, shares don’t go up in a straight line.

Any newbies out there, trust me, as a long term holder, we’ve been through the mill of r&d, missed targets and product failure but this, right now is the real deal.

AFC are poised to do what we have waited years for and the time is now with the remainder of this year and 2020 being the most exciting and prosperous times in AFC’s history.

Full speed ahead.

This is awesome.

I suppose I would be classed as a long suffering, long term holder and have been through the mill, but this really really feels good now.

The best part about it is that all we’ve really had is communication and a website!

Just wait until the 4 year warranty RNS comes flying in or a few big contracts, then, this will be peanuts and the sp that many of us have waited years for really could become reality when we talk in pounds as opposed to pence.

Keep it coming AFC and I for one can’t wait to see what in unleashed on or before 6th December

This is the first time in years that I’m genuinely excited about the week and weeks ahead with regards to AFC.

It’s been a long hard journey just getting back to this point but the excitement and anticipation is back with a bang.

Can’t wait to see what’s going to come out the bag as pleasant surprises between now and the investors day.

I put an order in for £5000 worth of shares this morning. Wish I’d done it yesterday morning.

This really does, at last seem like the real deal.

So much to be positive about now and hopefully the share price will reflect this sooner rather than later.

We might, for the first time in several years actually go into Christmas with AFC being something to be excited about for 2020.

Let's get the longevity issue over the line and a warranty in place, then maybe, just maybe, the sky could be the limit and the hopes and dreams we all shared and had dashed over the last few years could really become reality.

I've just read the letter and think it should certainly make some people sit up and take notice.

Hopefully a meeting will not be necessary after Adam receives the letter and an RNS will be put out instead, giving a full update of what and when exactly is expected over the coming weeks/months.

May I just say again, a massive thanks to you for all your efforts, you are single handedly pushing things to happen with more urgency now than we have had over several years.

I eagerly await the response from AFC.

Personally, i’m desperate for news and so much is due and all could be very exciting and to quote AB “Transformational” (only VERY long term holders will get that!!)

But we are only 2 weeks into Q4 and seriously who in their right mind is going to sign contracts and announce major strategy news with all the Brexit uncertainty that’s going on?

Every business in Britain and Europe is in a period of uncertainty and until something positive is agreed by the powers that be, how can any business look ahead with any certainty?

Whether you agree with Brexit or not, the intention seems to be to have it done and dusted by 31st October, I’m not naive enough to think that from 1st November we all live happily ever after but HOPEFULLY the business community (and the rest of us) have at least got clarity and can start functioning again and resetting goals, targets and ambitions.

But for now, we wait!!

As always, this is just my opinion.

I totally understand your pessimism Daz, believe me, I certainly would not be surprised if we get shafted here, but my opinion is that this time, unlike other times, they are running into a dead end.

The company have set themselves up for this quarter and I feel, there is no point in being negative now, at this stage.

Let's see what happens in this quarter, if it all happens at once then the last 12 years will be a minor blip and the next 12 months could be party time.

If not. Then certain board members have to be considering their positions due to trust (lack of) issues.

But let's see, 3 months is nothing, when it's taken 12 years to get to this stage.

Nice to also be able to speak to each other in a civilised manner as we both support the same team.

I have had major disagreements with people on this board about how bad the board are, broken and ignored targets time and time again and I’ve been called a de reamper on more than one occasion.

Am I angry about where the sp is right now? You better believe it!

HOWEVER. Let’s just all take a deep breath, look at the facts and take a look from a current perspective.

We have been guided towards Q4 and I feel we should keep our powder dry until the 2nd week of November.

Why?

The longevity tests to reach 4 years could be reported by then.

Brexit “should” “could” “might” be sorted out by then and the Company will know what trading conditions they have to work in.

The roadshow should be up and running and have something to report.

And if all of the above plus some more all goes in our favour we may actually see a website update and some news of sales.

I’m not saying any of this will happen but that’s my position at the moment. To let the World keep turning and see where AFC are by mid November.

Taking a step back from the personal pain that the people of the Bahamas are going through now whom I have total sympathy for as this is a horrendous life changing event.

But from a totally pragmatic and practical point of view, the goalposts have now changed position and the Bahamas government is going to need a hell of a lot of money to rebuild after the devastation caused in recent days.

As I say, my thoughts are with the people but if ever there was a time for the BG to want to move on oil production, it’s now.

So from adversity could come a real opportunity for Bahamas Petroleum to really get things moving now.
