Let's try to be grown up, ie no sarcasm or digs.

I would like to ask you a question, as you were at the AGM today.

Do you see AFC being a good investment?

I have no idea what age you are but suspect (possibly wrongly) you are in my age bracket, early to mid 50's, if so, based on what you heard today at the AGM can you honestly say, hand on heart that you see a good return on your and all our investments in a timescale that we can all enjoy our rewards, or are we struggling?

I have always based my investments on what the Company (Adam Bond) has told us, and I'm sure you will understand why, looking at todays share price, I feel more than a little aggrieved at the direction the Company seems to be going in.

I don't want to come on this board and down the company, fall it with your or anyone else, I just would like, for once, to see something go from an early stage development to a money making product, and again, I ask you respectfully, as someone who was at the AGM today, if you see this happening, if £1.00 per share is now a pipe dream and if it's not a pipe dream, when you think this could be achievable?

Well it’s good to hear that the share price is on its knees because of people like me “moankng” on this board.

I clearly have so much clout that markets sit up and take note when i express an opinion.

The really reassuring news, which I look forward to telling my wife is that the huge amount of money we are now down on paper has nothing to do with the way the company has been run, something I have been saying for the last 3 years!

I will stay quite for a while, something I have been trying to do and that way the share price will be at £1.00 oh sorry £7.00 before we know it.

If people can manage to go to the AGM, that's great and those of us who can't manage for whatever reason are grateful for any feedback, but please let's ditch the "I'm a better shareholder than you" snobbery aimed at people who cannot attend.

I just came on here hoping to see some positive feedback from attendees and so far all I see is we have been mislead time after time and the company, as a last ditch effort/throw of the dice is going to try something else.

Would love to hear I am wide of the mark and as I said would be very interested in hearing if anyone has taken anything genuinely positive from the AGM.

Not in any way a criticism and only because I wouldn't know how to do it, but it would be really interesting to see what possible share price you attribute to each model.

Thank you for your reply.

I totally appreciate and agree with everything you say and I try hard to resist posting my frustrations.

It is just infuriating when we are told news of something, waiting results on other things and given such positive soundbites only for seemingly nothing to happen and of course the indisputable fact that the share price has just gone down and down with no orders on the books to give us (well me anyway) any hope that this is anything but going to end in a bad way, one way or another.

I have no choice other than to live in the hope that great things are going on and that someday, preferably soon, AFC will actually deliver on all the things we have been told are going to happen throughout the past few years.

It will be interesting to hear if any optimism is taken from the AGM by fellow long term holders, fingers crossed and hope for the best.

The RNS today is like this as I see it.

Going along the the Aesenal fc analogy AGM and wanting to hear why more money isn't being spent on players, why the team is moving backwards, not looking like qualifying for Europe, not won any trophies and falling behind the competition.

And the board stand up and say, well the ladies team won the league so we are making fantastic progress!

Going back to Afc Energy, it's as if everything that we have been expecting has just been scrapped and now they have something new for the scientists to play around with for the next couple of years!

With what the chairman has intimated is possible with PHE, do we think the share price could be in double figures next year? And if so, for example Indonesia and all the other potential targets are reached, is it possible we could be looking at over 20 - 30 pence per share?

At no point have I ever questioned the technology here or the potential, but yet again the board here is full of unanswered questions about the integrity and honesty of AFC.

At this stage in development it is disgusting that we should even be discussing whether or not we are all going to get shafted and that has been my fear as to how this will end for the last 3 years.

My investment, pretty much like most long term holders, I'd imagine, is so far down that there is no way out but to wait and hope, but sadly, despite some posters blinkered faith, I have had this fear hanging around now far too long.

If this ends badly it will be sickening but in the meantime I'm afraid I go on in hope har more than expectation or belief.

Too many lies and ambiguous RNS's to believe a word that comes from AFC now and don't blame me for the share price, it's the AFC board who are to blame.

The review seems on the surface pretty honest, at last an admission that there have been major issues which in turn confirm the fears of anyone not blinkered that Bond has lied time after time and has caused this low sp. However, moving on again we find ourselves on the cusp of greatness, although, as usual we have no idea of when which leaves us again with if! I’d like to announce that I will be playing for Arsenal at some point as a striker, based on other strikers goal ratio I expect to score 20 goals per season.
The following criteria have been met.
I’ve been to the stadium
I have football boots
I have an Arsenal football strip
Some obstacles have to be overcome such as my age (53) but I’m sure with the right people around me I can reach my objective and will notify you all in due course once the contract has been finalised.

The only person who has made this share price go down is Adam Bond. Anyone here long enough will remember statements like 7p to £7.00, he also said he could sell loads of 10kw units tomorrow, that was years ago now. So why hasn't he, as that seems to be a direction that has now suddenly become more likely.

The only reason to keep ramping this up is

1. You (and your cronies) work for AFC or the MM and are paid to never see anything but blue skies and never criticise the company.

or

2. You are afraid that at some point we may all be sold down the river by a bunch of chancers who are only interested in lining their own pockets and will screw over the small PI's in the blink of an eye.

Personally, I think the product really isn't far away from reaching it's potential and won't be surprised if we get the "real" news we are waiting for soon, but equally I won't be surprised if they turn round and tell us they have sold out for 5 p per share!

Todays news and the last nonsense about vehicle filling, for cars that don't even exist yet, is not what we should be getting fed at this stage of the companies development.

We deserve more, should expect more and by now should have more and until we get more I will moan all I damned well like and hope the company is monitoring this board. I would tell them directly but they don't answer emails so again, just showing contempt to honest hard working shareholders.

ANOTHER great, positive RNS from AFC!

Where to file it? Oh yes, on the pile with all the other great RNS’s we’ve had over the years.

The share price reflects market sentiment and we are under 4 pence so sorry but I won’t believe a word from Bond or anyone else now about AFC until I see contracts for orders, deposits, cash in the bank and real follow ups to previous RNS’s.

If I invested yesterday I’d be saying this is great news but after years of false dawns and watching my investment wittle down to today’s pathetic share price I just can’t get excited about anything this company churns out.

When an RNS is released now I never feel excited, I just open it and they are usually exactly what I expect, more jam tomorrow and never any updates on things that could make this a game changer.

So the wait goes on and the share price stays the same.

Wake me up again if a contract ever comes in and we can stop playing this silly guessing games every time news is announced.

Risky, You and I have had our differences over the years, but have to say, love the comparison with Daniel Leavy and Spurs. Very well done.

I've been thinking for a while that not much is going to be announced until the Brexit uncertainty has been sorted out, but when that will be is anyones guess!

One thing about AFC recently is the consistency and I always get what I expect from them.

I get up each morning and look for an update/progress/contracts RNS and every day get exactly what I expect.........NOTHING.

So I will go away and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, (ok you see where this is going.)

Sorry chaps, not de ramping, just fed up biting my lip every day watching all the arguing and wishful thinking and just felt an urge today to vent some frustration.
