Much to the delight of the doubters, sadly no, I was not given any timescale and felt it inappropriate to ask.

I suppose that could be taken either as a total fob off or as very positive, personally I am going for very positive in light of the fact that unlike AFC themselves I actually was not ignored.

I have nothing to say privately.

This has grown arms and legs.

Jack seemed to be a nice guy, open to chat with anyone, not just me.

At no point did I say “imagine” or fantisize about being told any secret information.

What I said was that my questions were answered within what I could and could not be told and I felt very reassured.

One thing I was told and ANYONE can contact them and ask them this, is that they are working with AFC on updating the website which will be updated with, what I understood, but was not given any SECRET information in the not too distant future.

I was reassured by what I was told but this is in no way exclusive to me, it is available to anyone.

In fact, Jack told me they are happy to talk to shareholders anytime, so nothing sinister, no behind closed door claims, I just relayed what I was told and didn’t expect abuse from that prick mouchers!

Everyone has access to email so maybe people should try it before accusing me of making up stories!

Not that I need to justify myself to a fool like you but when you sober up have another read at what I said.

Actually read it 3 or 4 times and you might understand it a bit better.

After you’ve read it a few times, or got someone to read it to you, I suggest you phone, or email TUVA and ask to speak to Jack, this of course assuming you can work a phone or can send an email.

Talk to Jack, or get someone to write an email for you, then come back, and publicly apologise to me for your stupid comments that make you sound like a total idiot.

Like most on here I have been very frustrated by lack of progress and the outdated website and lack of PR.

I decided that rather than throwing insults around without knowing the facts that I would approach TUVA to discuss how they felt things were progressing.

I gave my word that our conversation would be confidential and I will of course honour my word but I can say, I have had some very reassuring noises from Jack and now feel a lot more relaxed as we move to the next stage.

My thoughts and maybe more so wishes have been that after a period of relative flatline activity that a lot of very big news and a major website update will all come out pretty much within a short timescale and I now feel reassured that my wishes will come to fruition.

Please don’t ask me for anymore information or to disclose anything discussed in a private conversation but I would suggest that if anyone needs reassurance that Jack at TUVA is very helpful within the legal boundaries of what and what cannot be discussed.

My conclusion................The good times are not far away!

Just my opinion, but if I was an institutional investor I’d be asking why we have to go so slowly, as in, fit one middle of next year, then another 2 and so on.
If the thing works and the World wants it, why not start mass production as a matter of urgency?

This news is very good this morning and certainly looks like PHE is heading in the right direction.

Desertwolf your economic arguments for staying in the EU are sound and totally logical and factual but this isn’t about economics it’s about ordinary people seeing, believing and perceiving things.

When Angela Merkal opened the doors of Germany to migrants from all over the World to come into Europe unvetted with access to benifits and free movement taking jobs from us while our Towns and Cities are being run down this has a massive effect on people’s views of Europe.

I am Scottish and for the record am embarrassed by the SNP government but the perception here by the mass uneducated is that Westminster is making a mess of things, “the English” are after “our” oil money (what’s left of it) and the UK government is made up of a load of Torry toffs. Therefore Scotland would be far better off being independent, that makes total sense doesn’t it. We don’t need to think about things like the financial costs, defence, education, policing etc etc all that people think about is what they perceive and that sadly is why your argument will never stand up. Because Cambridge analytica might be gone but there are plenty other just like them, filling the Facebook generation with “FACTS”!!! Having said all that, I love Boris’s positive attitude and would love to see him get a deal with Europe, enable us to trade with the rest of the World, particularly the US and blow the SNP out of the water at the same time but probably as much chance of getting all that as we have AFC reaching £1,by Christmas!!

Ok moving on from everything that’s gone before and let’s say we are on the cusp of the wave and the orders are lined up.

It would surely be very difficult for any UK business trading around Europe or indeed the wider World right now with the Brexit situation looming large. Elephant in the room and all that.

What I’m just wondering is, would it not be prudent to hold the sales force back 3 months, get them trained in product knowledge and then once we know what our trading situation is, unleash them onto the scene?

It just seems pointless to me to go and sign up contracts now to possibly have to re write them completely in 3 months time if the situation occurs.

I’d say let’s hope Brexit can be resolved by 31st October and then let’s start looking at what AFC have up their sleeves. Hopefully something!

The only thing I can think is that the market is as fed up as most of us LTH and every time we see an RNS and hope for something positive it's just more talk of what's to come at a later date.

Which in turn doesn't exactly fill me with trust.

Maybe the news blackout is a good thing because every time they put out a half baked RNS the SP goes down!
