If this is the START of positive news flow, then yes, this is fantastic news.
However, (and please don't accuse me of deramping, I'm a long term holder here, longer than most) if this is put out and then we don't hear anything for the next 6 months then it's just the same as every other RNS over the last 3 years, all promise and no substance!
My personal view is that this is the year for AFC but after so many false daws, I think I will just observe how this plays out and hope for the other news we are waiting for.

Trying very hard to get my head round what is going on here. The RNS’s always seem very positive and indicate great things just around the corner, but that never happens and the share price keeps falling. Trying to think why news isn’t being anoounced when so much is due, has led me to think, if they are telling the truth and we are within touching distance of the big time, then perhaps, just perhaps, they are holding back to see what happens with Brexit. Because what’s the point in announcing great news only to have to change direction if it’s a no deal Brexit? This is me giving them the benefit of the doubt but I still think they could be giving us something positive to stop the decline in the share price which is very concerning

Brexit is certainly not helping companies plan for future business and I’m sure it has a very big bearing on what direction AFC goes in with regards to contracts. But I can’t help feeling it is being used as a smoke screen a bit. I’ve thought for a long time, they are trying to keep the sp low so they can get someone like Denora in on the cheap. I hope I’m wrong but it’s a horrible nagging gut feeling I’ve felt for too long now. Brexit is a major obstacle at the moment and is certainly causing a lot of uncertainty but surely to steady the ship, all AFC have to do is update the market on things such as longevity, warranty of the product, what stage the mass production is at. We all have to ride out Brexit but in the mean time we need some positive news to reverse this share price free fall that has been going on for far too long now.

Anything but address the four and a half pence elephant in the room share price. Oh to be able to trust AFC, their motives and intentions going forward. But sadly this is not possible. Anyway, let’s look at the positives........Errrrrrrrrrrrrrr hmmmmmm

Mucksy, your right and I certainly hope it does. I’ve read the RNS now and it’s very positive, but so has every RNS and QNL that we used to get for the last 2 years. Surely at some point this downward spiral will reverse and all the great expectation will come to fruition.

Mucksy, same reason as you 7p to £7!! Has transpired from 7p with lots of fake news over the last couple of years to 6p. Call it greed or anything else. I would love to think AFC is going to deliver at some point on what they have been threatening to deliver but seriously, you and every other long term holder, like me, has had the rug pulled from under us so many times it’s got to a stage now where only actions will speak louder than words and when we actually see something tangible take place then maybe, just maybe I have have my faith restored but until then, I’m sorry but it’s all hot air and how can we be expected to seriously believe anything AFC tell us after the statement “no more fake news” Time will tell I suppose but I for one am not getting any younger and would like a return on my investment while I can still enjoy it

Southernhay, I don’t particularly care if you read my posts or not, the thing I’ve been reading for years are RNS after RNS telling us jam tomorrow over and over again. I have now sadly adopted the view that the only thing of any interest to me is the share price. Perhaps when you have dissected the RNS, worked out the clues, and stopped sulking with me for having an opinion, you too might have a look at the share price and you might notice that it is still under 6 pence. Not my fault my friend. Just FACT not fake!! Seance, who knows, I was expecting a £1 per share based on what we were told over the last 2 years at this time and yet again we wait and wait. I apologise if I come across as negative but I’ve been locked into AFC for years and am sick to death of being told over and over again how close we are, yet look what the share price is! I long for the day when/if AFC announces something new, like a big huge contract and a warranted product that leads the market and just hope they don’t sell out or shaft us at some point before this happens.

I’ve not had a chance to read the RNS yet and by the looks of the SP I’m not sure I’ll bother! Without reading it, I would be willing to guess that it’s full of promises, excitement about what’s ahead, old stuff dressed up under a new name and nothing about sales, warrants, longevity or mass production. I look forward to that RNS coming out but until then, I’ll just keep watching the share price and not get involved in the AFC guessing games. Enough is enough it’s time for real action on this from AFC not more words!!

I know Southern, I totally agree with you, I just get very frustrated and doubt starts to set in when it’s just same old, same old. So many false dawns and even when we get news it’s never the news we’re expecting. Southern, numbers not what was expected Dunsford, going to another appeal. I just wonder why we don’t get some good news like we have reached 3 years longevity and hope to announce 4 years in 1,2,3 whatever months Our mass production systems are now in place ready to roll Jan, Feb, March whaenever But that never happens, it’s just always crumbs to keep everyone guessing! We’re all grown ups, not children and this is real money we have invested not pretend money. I just feel we deserve more from the Company than we are currently getting and from my point of view I have lost all trust and am living more in hope than expectation now as far as AFC are concerned. But locked in so selling is not even an option. Hopefully we will get some good news soon, but I don’t know how many times I and many others have said that and what happens........Nothing

6 weeks until Christmas and the end of yet another Quarter/Year for long suffering AFC shareholders. Groundhog Day/Week/Year continues And still we are at under 6p per share. Who’d have thought it Adam, being part of a company that can go from 7p to £7 oh wait no, sorry, correction make that 7p to under 6p. Yes, I know, another frustrating post, but it really is getting very tedious all this speculation still after so many promises and false dawns and we’re still in this position.

If people were given free £50 notes every time they farted they would still find a reason to object!! These people don’t like progress, they forget if someone hadn’t invented the motor car, they would still be riding around on horses!

Have to say I’m pleased that the company is still in business today but any trust I may have had in them is long gone. I’m sure like everyone else, I have a point at which I will sell my shares, sadly it’s a long way from this pitiful sp but I can only hope now they don’t use anymore dirty tricks further down the line to look after the boys and stuff shareholders again. But I now put nothing past these gangsters. The only difference between this shower and the 1930’s mafia is that the mafia carried machine guns!! Onwards we go, but all trust is gone, but hey.........”It’s not personal, it’s business”

Thank goodness! A full recovery from yesterday’s drop. Still far too low but at least it doesn’t look like a disaster, for today, so far, at least. All we need is a bit of good news, surely there must be something good to report

I’m starting to think I should have gone with my gut instinct a couple of years ago and got out of this bag of shit! Looks like I’m going to lose my investment here and have been shafted just like everyone else! Why this kind of thing isn’t classed as fraud and people don’t go to prison for it is beyond me. But clear to see now something well doggy is going on and AFC and the big boys are happy to let it play out. Tell me I’m wrong please!!!

BumbleB that’s a very good post and good to remind everyone what we are waiting for. It’s just a shame the sp is so low. But hopefully some of the positive news flow will start to come through soon and the sp will start to move in an upward direction.

That’s what I’ve been thinking/hoping Chippy. I just don’t get all the current negativity when we are are potentially at the start of something transformational and it seems like people are flapping because of a small drop due to previous false promises and impatience at the (hopefully) final hurdle.

Having been a shareholder in AFC for several years now and we’ll and truly locked in, I have to say I’m struggling to see what is going on at the moment. My biggest crisis of confidence was about 2 years ago when Bond was clearly lying and the majority of people on here called me for everything for suggesting such a thing could be possible, it turns out I was right but we won’t dwell on that. The thing I am having difficulty getting my head round now is that in the last 6 months the news has been so very positive ie Southern, talk of large scale production, longevity looking good etc etc etc. Yet, for some reason the sp is going down and so much negativity is being expressed here. My fear all along has been a back door sell off on the cheap or worse so would really like to see a positive RNS confirming that everything is going well and that the future for AFC is rosy but at this stage, right now, it just seems very confusing or something very dodgy is going on.

I’ll be first to apologise for my last comment if it works in the end but it seems like his imaginary friend at the moment. Surely if this thing is as amazing as he says, big investors would be falling over themselves to get it to market. Time will tell I suppose
