If the court decides to throw out the application for a judicial review will they have to inform the relevant parties? ie the government and the environmentalists.

If so, I presume this would be in writing, but would it be by letter which would take a day or 2 to arrive or by email which would be instant?

It would be good to get this knocked into touch so we can move on without distractions.

When will this review take place and how soon can we expect to hear the outcome?
