I think tomorrow will be the first time in my long history as an AFC shareholder that I will wake up and actually hope there is no news!!

For the last 6 weeks I have hoped for news.

For the next 6 weeks I expect to hear news.

And after that, I will be disappointed if I don’t hear news.

News is coming, what it will be and what it does to the share price, we have to wait and see, but news is coming.

Let’s hope it’s great news and rewards our patience with the SP we are looking for.

Rewards based on share price rising and shareholder value.

What’s not to like?

Hopefully now this is out the way, the news flow will begin.

I said a few weeks ago that I didn’t expect much movement in the SP and news front until after the school holidays. I got a few comments telling me I was talking rubbish but hey ho!!

The reason I said this was based on the expected time frame of news and the possibility that with so many new people starting with the company who would have already had holidays arranged, it would make sense to get everyone back and settled in then launch as one and not as people come back in stages.

Everyone should be in position by the middle of next week and the ABB unit being tested at the moment will hopefully be good to go next week.

Any news this week, will be a bonus in my opinion but from the start of next week I will be watching and expecting far more than I have over the last few weeks.

For those who were abusive when I suggested this timeframe a few weeks ago, no need to apologise, I’m very happy with my investment in AFC and the direction we are heading in.

The news flow begins

Has anyone seen the advert for Toyota, promoting the fuel cell with the only by product being water?
Seems the fuel cell is developed by Enios, I was hoping AFC might have had a part in it with the hydrogen council connection but it’s not to be.
Certainly a good ad though that will bring fuel cell technology and hydrogen more into the public domain which can surely only be a good thing for AFC

An 11% rise would be wonderful but I’d be happy to finish the week over 60p for no other reason other than it would be nice to breakthrough what has been eluding us for several weeks now.

It would be nice to break through 60p as we approach hopefully a very busy news period from the Motor show to COP26 and all the other news we await as we steam rapidly towards Q4.

Wow!! Slating a guy that’s been in his job 10 minutes!

This isn’t the apprentice! Tom Pollard isn’t selling mobility scooters to nursing homes!

One contract can take months of research and negotiation so for goodness sake, give it a rest and give the guy time.

I trust everyone here today ****ging off TP will be first on here to apologise if/when out of the blue a massive contract is announced.

Just a reminder this board is for discussion regarding AFC Energy.
It is holiday season right now and therefore, I personally, don’t expect any imminent news.
However, with upcoming events involving AFC Energy such as the British motor show and Extreme E in Greenland, I would anticipate some for of update in the next couple of weeks prior to some major contract/product sales updates in Q4.

I bought in here at 0.5p and am sitting on a big paper profit.
Feel really sick now that I didn’t sell up at 9p because all that’s happening now is our incompetent bod have announced to competition that they have plenty time to catch up and pass us by.
Although if there is anything positive it is that we have the Dumbarton thing, Poland and 2023 is a completion time, not a start time.
I would still like to see people running the company that know what they are doing!

The PHE board seems to be Tim Yeo!

We need strong leadership with a corporate strategy. AFC seem to have it spot on but I can see Tim Yeo setting PHE up to be taken over if he can make a few quid out of it.

Hopefully I’ve got this wrong but just how I feel.

Is it a hint to shareholders, or perhaps he goes to Blackpool for his holidays and enjoys a donkey ride along the sea front.

I'd like to think we're being told between the lines to hang in there.

Glasgow SNP run council will only do what looks politically good for SNP.
They have failed on so many things and have hidden behind Covid but as Covid hopefully becomes under control the SNP led councils will be scared that they screw up anything else.
Although most of their hand picked councillors have no idea about things like this and are only in position to create grievance and division against conservatives and Westminster.
