What I'm really not understand is they used the excuse that because there was higher than expected revenue decline , low single digit to actual 8%, this was the reason stated for an increase in cash outflows by potentially an additional 20 mill to 140 mill.

So roughly they're saying an additional approx 100 mill revenue decline, say 8% instead of say 3% guided, this affected fcf by 20 mill.

This suggests a fcf conversion of around 20%.

Me too capitalizer, I've set my next buy order at 13.80, going in smaller amounts this time, 20 and 30 ks rather than 50ks too quickly and it keeps falling.

Eventually sense will return when the net debt situation is clarified and it becomes obvious that the assets are valued at zero!!

This is what I don't get and I think the market is confused about:

Expect cash outflows of 120-140 mill 2024 as a result of lower revenues and a more sustainable approach to working capital management. Majority of the up to £50m additional cash restructuring costs to deliver additional savings, expected to impact 1H25 free cash flow.

So they're saying because revenue fell 8% insteD of low single digit, it's going to affect cash flow by around 20 mill ( up to 140 instead of 120)

So let's say 4% revenue miss on August's guidance, say 100 mill, so that's going to cost 20% FCF conversion??

It's the gloating at others misery that gets me ( by the way I've had him filtered months ago but get a sense of what's being posted), almost child like shouting nuh nuh nuh nuh at a child that he's been nasty to.

Yet people engage and encourage it.

It's almost sadistic in the intention behind it.

I really do wish harm of some sort on him, that's mainly for others that are significantly more affected today than me.

I learnt my lesson here, derisked most of my holding at 20 ish, bar 200k , and promised myself if it happened again, just go in smaller and slower.

So 1 x 20 k buy today at 14.80

Previously this has fallen for about a month before bottoming, After March it bottomed about 12 in April.

So i fear could be a repeat.

I really think that AH has lost a bit of credibility today with 2 fair big guidance misses, and despite the year plus outlook looking ok, it's back to sentiment and trust.

Exactly, Aim has humility, Savage is a narcissist horrible individual, hopefully will be incapacitated in some way , I hate saying it but that individual deserves whatever is coming their way.

AH has lost a lot of credibility and confidence through this significant guidance miss on revenues, and specifically cash outflows.

I suggested earlier in the year they should use sone of the capital monies to mitigate outflows, because today market is focusing on headline rather than reasons. Poor insight by management imo

Markets down today, markets cannot / will not see through that to increased cost savings of 250.

I'm not adding just yet in case it falls to 14s, but imo the only fault I would blame BOD for is they should have foreseen the market reaction and off set some of the capital monies to at least maintain their guidance on cash outflows this year of 90-120.

Market is focusing solely on last 12 months.

Not if it stays listed in this bucket hole of a country, even with an update like that, i bet my buy order for 15 gets filled this week.

They need to list this anywhere else.

Not sure about that, cash outflow higher than guided, up to 140 from 120, fcf impacted 25 and 26, revenue high single digit decline, they forecast low single digit.

Maybe I'm reading too short term but not got a good feeling about today
