One thing that's slightly concerning/ confusing me is the arrangement between Alsa and the Spanish government which i think ends or is reviewed in 26?

In the recent Cosmen interview that Pherber posted he said they expected Alsa to finish the year a little up on last year, but was a little wary stating peak demand was slightly flattening.

I'm just wondering what the impact on Alsa this 26 date / arrangement, not sure if it's concessions related, will have on Alsa ?

Because anything slightly negative about Alsa will have a huge impact on sentiment.

At this point I'm not overly concerned about the NA disposal, because given the operational improvement at HY/q3, and their emphasis on the ability to organically deleverage to acceptable levels by 27, it would seem this change in sentiment us on fundamentals not a disposal.

Possibly outflows may be higher, but the ongoibg contract review may mitigate against that.

I am also expecting possibly a return to profit in the UK based on Helens comments at HY, in relation to additional hidden costs circa 5 mill, and her almost stating that.

One things for sure, they certainly keep things close to their chest, no leaks re a sale, nothing.

Now how will the market react if they improve operationally, but suspend the sale???

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Tritax EuroBox GBP (UK, constituent) by Titanium Ruth Bidco Limited (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Tritax EuroBox GBP (UK, BG382L7) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index.

Mobico Group (UK, 0621520) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap index.

All changes effective from 10 December 2024.

Usually we don't get a pre close TU and there is nothing until the FY earnings release. What I'm really hoping and cautiously optimistic about is that this year we do, and it's either a slight upgrade or confirmation of upper end of guidance!

Failing that, all we can expect / hope for is a NA sale rns.

Kind of agree with that, it could suit cosmen to keep the sp depressed even after a potential sale, given what price he's paid when increasing over the last year. Ie get debt oaud off and take the rest for peanuts.

Adnoc / Algeria / Tennet all performed due diligence for pfc before awarding them billions in EPC contracts last year, only for PFC not able to secure guarantees from banks / creditors to be able to actually do to the work.

It means nothing when there's a cloud hanging over.

And just to be clear I have 60k shares here at 73p.

I held before everyone else here joined at 1.20.

Just a realist, half glass empty after taking a huge loss on PFC at at around 30p.
