I'm out first opportunity when break even at 1.20, been averaging down since I first bought at 1 70 which I felt was a good price at the time, shocking performance, better off in ftse 250 imo.

Thank god for posters like you, Dragon and Bonkers. Spot on with what you say. I havnt got the greatest business mind so sometimes rely on factual honest information, and there are people on here who want to treat this forum as a social click group, and only want to hear positive b------t because it makes them feel better.
For new investors and ones that are not experienced in comprehensively analysing financial statements, these types of posts can be very misleading and damaging to those individuals.

It's infuriating how a share can be manipulated like this on no news.

No logic behind rise up to 108 and then as quick as that, right back down. The only way this will stop being played like this is a positive rns re sfo and the temporary bidding suspension lifted.
Until then the crooks are in control

Been in cpi since March and have had to average down several times before the recent results, and that was months of mental anguish!!!
Just have a feeling may be the same again.

Spot on with your last post, people do get swayed listening to absolute s--t written by people.
It's better to read balanced posts, it's not a feel good social forum, people need sound information ( both positive and negative) shared in an unbiased manner.

I am trying to reduce my holding slightly and then maintain a long term hold but the sp performance won't allow it.
Take today, 269 at 8 Am , 259 12.30 pm , pain in the arsenal.

Schroders have been increasing their holdings in PFC, Wood group, Ferrexpo to name 3 over the last few days.
My guess is just fir diversification purposes, however it does give confidence.

Well woods are performing a lot better than PFC again today.
They also increased their holding in Ferrexpo ( iron ore ) so my guess is diversification .
Think results due on 31st August, maybe the increased shorts hoping for bad news!!

Just don't get drawn in to the constant optimism from certain posters, eg it's gonna fly, it's going to be mid 70s this week etc etc, don't get sucked into that b------t.

Guess you're right OWLS, it's not as if it's a volatile share that regularly swings up and down, and if you don't need the money it will come good in the end.

Was doing well after that, it was comments made by 2 federal Bank members in the US about early tapering of asset purchases that caused it to drop. They weren't even comments made by Powell himself in advance of tomorrow's meeting.

Yet again American bankers stunting UK Market recovery.
