Would any potential capital raises be discussed at the Agm today, or would they wait until the TU ?

I keep hearing its a bargain, been hearing that all year and a lot of last year.

If it was, why are no IIs filling their boots, or directors buying a decent wedge of shares, I've got more than some of them.

Why is it hitting all time lows.

There is more to this than 2 shorters, and market sentiment.

Been going on for too long now. Its less than a third of what it was during covid.

There's no bid coming here.

Dread to think what this will be at come the HY update.

And finally I reckon we could do a better job at IR, what exactly do they do, nothing it would seem.

Yes it was and other specifics.

Because if I remember correctly when first reading that RNS, nothing bad jumped out at me, and I think the 1 billion revenue growth clouded the reduced margins.

But I reread it, read it again, and actually reread it every 20-30 p decline!!!

So margins are supposed to increase over time 22-27 with mean average I think of 9%, revenue to increase by 1 billion over that time, so I guess market will reward when the margin improvement becomes evident. So far just the revenue increased.

So Imo HY update needs to show profit and forecast for net profit year end, or we are fooked!!

Josey I think they can drop one anytime can't they, its just no insiders can buy.

So I won't be more relaxed until nearer the time.

I have never really voted with conviction, but have always voted Conservative because I felt they were better for business, growth and therefore would filter down to everyone.

But I have to say this goverment are the most incompetent bunch of pompous clowns imaginable.

Desperately needs a new government, shame its Keir Starmer and her ladyship Angela Raynor at the helm.

The last time the country was like this, love him or loathe him, at least Labour had a strong somewhat strong inspirational leader in Blair, initially , imo.

I hold the media in as much contempt as the goverment, they fuel crises especially sky news.

This whole thing has actually left me wondering whether Truss and Kwarteng actually had the right idea.

I'm not saying fobbed off with nothing, and you can't really include oaps and people with disabilities, what are they supposed to do ?

It's just some of the wage increases have been 10-15% , and why on earth would businesses put their prices down if people are still able to afford the items ( food, fuel excluded)?

How can no public sector businesses remain in business if they too can't pass on the price increases to customers that they're now paying staff. Vicious circle.

We all have to buckle down and cut back.

Don't tell me all these people suddenly needed food banks because the cost of food went up 20 pound a week.

Now the cost of interest on mortgages is now becoming a different thing all together, that is a cost if living crisis.

Someone with huge mortgage which are normally uk people, 300k mortgage been fixed at 2 %, interest 6k a year is now 5-6% 15k plus.

The nurses were generally receptive of 5% which isn't great and not what they deserve, but cone Junior doctors 35%, most of them only been working a couple of years, are they insane.

It's all the pay rises that all the strikers have caused, fuelling inflation especially in the services sector.

Predicted last year but most people live beyond their actual means and only think about next month.

And why not pay junior doctors 35%!!!

All you have to do is re read the FY update in March , see how the market reacted, and then balance any possible financial penalty from the hack.

This is so similar to last year when the media were systematically attacking CPI, probably because of the goverment contract element of their business.

Profitable, FCF, possible dividends, has every forgotten the last TU.

I agree with quick and feel the new name won't help at all. With what little volume we get from PIs and even new PIs, people aren't really going to know at first glance that they're investing in the ftse stalwart NEX.

Imo the only thing that will change things here is improved margins and ultimately profit.

The reason they showed a loss last year I think I'm right in saying was the Alsa impairment, so without further one offs we should ( fingers crossed ) start showing a profit again.

Massive short increase yesterday, 1%!!!

Thought this was a bargain all the way down from 150, now I'm just yearning for 120 and will call time on half my holding. Absolutely nothing has helped this, strikes, fuel coming down, dividend, good updates, at least with other loss making companies with high debt, the sp moves up occasionally.

May even take a 5k hit on this tomorrow, hopeless share.

This is just junk right now.

And if it was such good value people would be piling in, not dumping.
