Am I right in saying the missing now $4.5m represents 25% of SOLG's cash ATM ? and it's a rising percentage.
It's when your are looking down the back of the sofa you wish you had been more careful with what you had.
I find it very unusual that $4.5m goes missing, it's reported once and nothing more is said by the company.

I would have thought the low moral of some shareholders over the dwindling pot of cash and faltering SP would have been a strong catalyst but not so far.
As you say we need a something to cause a flashpoint, as someone said earlier this week, the threat of a big change in the BOD seems not to be enough as we thought that with the demise of Mather and it wasn't sufficient to spark a bid.

We have 30 days ( it could be sooner) before we get results. Small oil shares always dip on spud, it's just traders who bought into the rise into spud taking profit because they know it will dip. It's self prophecy.
They will start to come back next week and the SP will climb back up and past the recent high.
FOMO rules in this game.

I would for one. It may be an OZ company but it's listed on a UK exchange and as you say the majority of it's shareholders are in the UK.

A little patronising Longtimeinvestor, I know there's no straight lines with shares and for the last 4 weeks it has moved in a mainly 450 -465 range. Granted it may have risen by approx 100p in the last 12 weeks but it was at 450p on the 9 June which is only around 14 weeks.
And I said weeks not months.
Reading back through your posts it does seem you hold many others on this board in contempt.
It seems every board has one.

Every day for weeks, up 10-15p down 10-15p.
Sometimes within a days trading, sometimes over two or three days

Yes, It would take hours to explain exactly how we got here after 10 years.
To give you an idea, 70% of the posters here think it will be sold to a multi national, 29% of posters think it will be taken through to production by the current owners through massive dilution. 1% will still be here by then.

They seem content to tread water whilst earning a steady salary.
