Once again I've read the posts here and the same pattern has formed, one poster still can't hep themselves with bitter jibes and over bearing speech. Playing God with the future of other posters seems to give him a power trip buzz.

The asset is not being valued accurately by the SP though and vice versa.
Until there is something to increase shareholder value, the value to the shareholder will stay pretty much where it is ( obviously).
The quick way to deliver share holder value is through a sale of all or part of the company's assets or push on towards production which will take several years longer.
As you say, if you sell it you have nothing to increase it's value after that point, but the very process of a sale should deliver the desired shareholder value.
We can't have it both ways I don't think.
