This week oil has risen slowly throughout the day only to crash back down just before open on the US markets.

They then creep back up over 24 hrs until 2 oclock the next day.

I'd call this the Biden effect, there are powers at work manipulating the price every day, Biden gets an hour or two of cheaper prices before his buying raises them again.

Or am I just paranoid ?
