In line with heywain my view is changing age prob a protocol change not a new IND. dosing children already approved so you'd just need to work off data to prove its safe enough to dose younger kids. reducing the childs age is similar to increasing the dose - equivalent to an escalation in treatment on that already treated patient type.

Newbie q, i assume trials needed for every disease indication separately? if so will these need additional funding at each stage or is cash ok for now? do investors expect big pharma to buy the whole treatment package as one or pick up the treatment for individual disease areas as they prove up?

im not clear on the road to commercialisation. Sorry if stupid questions. interested here but dont know enough.

Are you joking? we know its started. a challenge or two on the way maybe? standard stuff, no big drama. injection has to be due soon. if a material delay im sure we would get to konw.

No micro progress announcements at HEMO. one reason why traders are never happy with HEMO - not a lot to work off. easier to just invest now and wait. imo.

I guess the current markets understanding of what makes hemo different with there r/r aml car t is roundabout in line with yours aldobran.

Data, data, data. More patients injected, more data, more £.

Traders can do what they like in the intrim and good luck to them. wish they just stop pretending they r interested in anything to do with the science side of things. Reckon most really dont have much of a clue at all. - and why would they spend the time if they get in and out short term on repeat.

fingers crossed they get the first patient dosed and it begins to help them quick.

Its all about the next news. Charts are built off news - not the other way round. It turning round now because of the expectancy of trial start and patient injection. next dose the big news that starts the fire.

The value/success not time-driven, its event-driven. its junior pharma, it all takes plenty of time. but what we're looking to really crank up the value is another dose-type of patients which will broaded the therapeutic window for hgct1. As i understand it, we're at that point now with the next group of patients lined up - adults recommended dose and peds. we've just had six months of nothing with the tech transfer process hence a dead SP. A week or 2 makes little difference at which point anything could happen with the SP if the results follow the same path as the first cohort.

i dont do price predictions. Waste of time. but the £50m market cap certainly leaves a lot of headroom for rapid growth from here for an extremely valuable product.

Its easy to see why things take a long time sometimes - you cant rush these things. imo we're in an SP window now that will not be around long. Once the new patients begin getting dosed the price will begin the journey to fair value. Where we are now is simply not it. The truth will out.

Let me just get this right in my head one4one. You dont think monitoring the efficacy of the CAR T treatment exists in the trial until when? until the title of the phase is changed to 2, or 1b? Then they are permitted to check whether it works? And until then they dont check?

i cant take you seriously.

Voices of doom will say its 15 months now and hemo have treated 3 patients. however, its always been funding slowing down patient recruitment - funding manufacturing and everything else surrounding it, hospital costs etc. The difference now is that hemo has the cash to fund made manufacturing allowing MDA to get on with it - which i am sure dr short is desperate to do.

i think everyones spends too much time on 'when' things are going to happen. specific timings, worrying about things taking too long.

this is a human trial. humans risking it all to try live a bit longer and get rid of one of the toughest diseased on the planet.

delays possible at every single level of the whole process.

Hemo are doing something so incredible i dont think peoples minds can process it. thats how good it is. im in now til this blows. i believe vlad has nailed this and the patient data will show it vry soon. the market cap is simply a give away now.

This is junior pharma people. everything going on in the background with minimal updates. Then BOOM its all go.

with MDA running things on the trial we're in good hands. i am sure things are moving forward as quick as poss. dr short will be driving things forward now we got the cash to get the patients through.
