we are in a licensing window already imo. From now through the next cohort. the more data we get through prior to any deal the more they pay.

things will become clearer soon enough. in my opinion of course.

1. we know nothing has worked before

2. we know why nothing has worked before

3. we know vlad has addressed those challenges by design with ht ct 1

4. we know the design has worked effectively on cohort 1 (all passed 28 day safety, p1 was alive as 6 months, p3 cleared the disease within the 28 day period)

5. we know we need to see these outcomes replicated in the increased dose and in kids.

But you your conclusion is we're in 'no mans land'. This is why no one takes you seriously.

IMO the point is hg ct 1 is specifically designed to pursue on target effects and minimise off target damage. therefore addressing the historical game-ending problems for AML CAR T. and this has been demonstrated on the initial dose cohort.

As well as expecting the imminent restart of the trial i've been contemplating how vlads talks are going with big pharma. its been quiet for a good while now since his interview in nov i think last year since he first mentioned bp giving a good chance for things to move along as cohort one durability data had a chance to accumulate.

Thanks for your comments haywain. Avacta can do whatever it likes, i've little interest. i think we really have something amazing at hemo with the car t and its sister antibody version cdx if it continues to do what it is intended to. the next couple of patients are pivotal.

I expect strong chance of next adult patients passing safety due to the science behind hg ct 1 and how it targets cancer cells and spares most healthy ones via FLT3. if no DLTs then we're all good. I was jsut thinking about if vlads language will change regarding efficacy. If the biological response is enhanced by the full dose compared to the half - will we get to know? will it be 'encouraging early signs of efficacy' maybe still like before? or might there be something exciting like "improved/enhanced early signs of efficacy" maybe?

i bet big pharma know before we do.

Trial restart as I said before. CAR T is on hold… until it is not.

Socialist, the trials been on hold for 6 months for the tech transfer. HEMO dropped so far off everyones radar some people have forgotten what they do. however, Imo confirmation of next injection will be the catalyst - official trial restart. We will know soon enough.

Some chunky buys going through. Trial re-commencement v soon. Looking forward to reading the updates on it all.
